It has excellent connectivity, it is just steps from the bus terminal to Puerto Montt. Uber is easily taken. It is a 30-minute walk from downtown. There's a supermarket on the corner and lots of shops around. It is very comfortable, the stove is automatic, the shower is warm and has good pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric oven, microwave, and gas stove. The place is very spacious. The washing machine and the hair dryer were very useful. Communication with the host is very quick, if you have any requests do not hesitate to contact him, he will resolve your request immediately. He's very careful about guests' privacy. It's blocks from the lake and nice restaurants. We would certainly stay again. Thank you for everything, Mr. Topito.

I stayed in Veronica's apartment with my husband, my 4-year-old son and my one-year-old baby. Veronica was always ready to help. She provided us with a crib and assisted us when there was a general blackout in Chile. The apartment is beautiful, with a good view, spacious, clean and everything works well. The apartment is beautiful, very nice, with an exquisite smell like wood and flowers. Aicha is very friendly and familiar, her husband makes some exquisite liqueurs, the room has a small terrace that you can go out and take the air. Crossing the street there is a belle space to walk and breathe fresh air, relax and think " Monte Calvario" The bed, pillows, and sheets were a delight. 100% recommended. I would 😃 definitely stay here again.

The stay was very good, the setting is magnificent with the best views of the volcanoes and the lake! The loft is equipped with everything you need and you have great privacy. Juan and Mila (the place's pets) are extremely loving. Karin and her family are always helpful and friendly. We'll be back!

Beautiful apartment, very cozy, located in a very nice and new building, quiet and safe environment, 5 minutes from Plaza Pto. Varas. Edu took care of all the details to make my stay excellent. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, the space is spacious, everything was impeccable, the bedding, bathrooms and kitchen all seemed fabulous to me. It has good heating and the space is cozy, plus its decoration is very nice. My experience was really good and I recommend it anyway.

Excellent apartment, you can walk about 10 minutes to the Costanera mall, and in 20 minutes to downtown Pto Montt. Everything was clean and tidy. If I go to Pto Montt again, I would choose the location again.

Very nice area, very nice apartment, the living room is a little small for 4 people, but comfortable. The rooms with the bathrooms were larger and very comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy, and very well-equipped. Daniela took very good care of us, always attentive. The pool is a little cold, it's small, like for young children. My daughters were also able to bathe, but there were children who did not enter. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet, the building is very neat and clean.

There are not enough words to say how much Cata helped us with her beautiful home. We had a slight problem the first time with internet and her kind and EXTREMELY amazing person who was cleaning helped us out immediately. Cata showed up and it was instant friendship! Not only is it comfortable, the view was perfect, the local markets were a short distance as were the GREAT restaurants! I felt so incredibly safe with their security system and the staff at the condo was AMAZING in the building! I would give Cata 10 stars if that were available!!! The apartment is divine, very good location. It's very well equipped with details that wouldn't have occurred to me. We couldn't use the pool, you had to wear a cap, bring one if you want to use it. But very nice. The girls were super clear with directions for everything. We will be back!
