I stayed at this location for four nights May 2025 and I can't be more satisfied. The apartment in its entirety and the rooms that were spotless, the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything, very strategic, quiet enough to rest. I would definitely go back and recommend it for both rest and work trips. Pablo the host is very attentive and kind always with a quick response. You can quietly decompensate that he is surely attentive. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Comfort and a double ocean view!

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice, comfortable and exactly as in the pictures. The location is perfect, close to everything, which made our tours much easier. We had a little setback with the parking, but the host Antonio was super attentive and resolved everything quickly. The experience was amazing and I definitely recommend this accommodation!

The cabin is very nice with everything you need to have a good time. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The stove works perfectly and heats up quite a bit. It's the same property with three houses that share common spaces.

New apartment on the beach!

We had an amazing time with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with a spectacular view, very complete and clean! We used the pool that was very hot! The concierges are very attentive and very well treated! We would definitely choose this place again!

Very good apartment, in a very good building! A very nice area and very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shopping. Building with excellent amenities. Impeccable apartment with good views! Carolina is always available!

Everything excellent, nothing to say. The place is beautiful, the facilities are in excellent condition, jorge and his lady are extremely friendly and kind. Great place to enjoy the tranquility and peace of nature and its surroundings. I highly recommend! In person is even better than the pictures.

Loft in Jose Ignacio, great view and location (N)

The Loft is very well located and the aesthetics are very nice, in addition to functional. The Deck is huge and very nice to be. On the other side it has a balcony overlooking the Sunset, I mean you see the sunrise and sunset, despite what we had lazy days in terms of weather. Agustina was wonderful and also helped us with something extra to the accommodation, for which we will always be grateful.

A large pool area is surrounded by a spacious patio with numerous sun loungers in white and yellow. Families and individuals are seen enjoying the water and relaxing under the sun, with a high-rise building in the background and a clear blue sky above.

The Best Place To Live Punta del Este!

Location, surroundings, landscapes, walking distances. All you want in a trip to Punta del Este is right here. There are some "perks" not listed, like a bracelet you must ask for if you are planning to use the building facilities, or the magnetic card you need to access the complex by car. The staff at the building, though, are extremely supportive and nice and provided everything, including advice. Will definitely be coming back as soon as possible. The view is magnificent and the apartment is beautifully taken care of.

Pablo's house is literally IMPECCABLE, the photos of the house look nice, but experiencing it is even better! Both Pablo, the owner, and Paola are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out. Decorated like a magazine, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, tidy, with everything you need for your stay and top-notch linens. The huge grill, with firewood to make a barbecue immediately and enjoy the outdoors in the cozy garden. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the convenience of having one of the best beaches in Arenas de José Ignacio in front. A kids club 50 meters from the house, with playground games, zip line, soccer field, and a very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola welcomed us, total thanks to both of them for their hospitality! A house to return to whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

Carina from the first moment made us feel at home, she was very friendly from the first moment and the welcome to the house was beautiful. The house is a dream, it is equipped with everything you need and more to spend an incredible few days. In addition to the dreamed view and the landscape, the house is really very homely I really recommend Carina's house 100% to spend a few days that will remain as one of the best memories . We will surely return

Beautiful apartment, supermarket and comfortable. The super quiet and natural environment, perfect for disconnecting, was very close to the beach and the noise of the sea was heard. The outdoor area is beautiful, designed to enjoy. Everything was spotless, Eduardo was always very nice and responsive. We'll definitely be back!

The house is beautiful, with one of the best views of Punta Ballenas and the best sunsets. The house is spacious, the two bedrooms are complete, as well as the bathrooms and kitchen. The only detail, the house does not have a grill, and the oven offered outside is not in working condition, that should be clarified beforehand. Afterwards, everything was great !!! a pleasure all around.
