My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

GUEST HOUSE IN THE LANDES

A guest house, with swimming pool, in the middle of the Landes forest within the Landes and Gascogne Regional Natural Park. Great for those who need peace and quiet. Loan of 2 hybrid bikes/1 large bedroom + living room equipped with a wood-burning stove + kitchen + bathroom (with shower and sink) and separate toilet. You will have access to a large garden area with garden furniture + 2 deck chairs and a hammock for good naps under the umbrella pines. Barbecue available for grilling.

You are ideally located to be able to do activities while being able to rest in peace.
