I spent an unforgettable weekend at red pine cottage with my family to celebrate my graduation and my father's visit. Everything about the experience was amazing , the view of the lake was absolutely stunning . The chalet was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nous y avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. Le chalet est confortable, la literie et les serviettes de qualité, la cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons profité du spa après avoir fait de la raquette sur le lac. Nous y retournerons assurément. Jade était disponible et répondait à mes questions rapidement.

I highly recommend the place - interiors excellent, host very friendly and to the point, surroundings are serene and tranquil. Space wise, it’s not for more than 11 people in my opinion. 5 dedicated bedrooms for 2 persons each and then 1 more bedroom in the basement but the bed is wall to wall, so good enough for 1 bachelor. Really good couches but wouldn’t recommend them to sleep overnight unless you’re trying to cut on budget. Definitely didn’t feel like it’s good enough for 19 people as advertised, good that we were just 12 with a kid. In a nutshell, bet your money on it if you’re planning a peaceful vacation for 11 people. Thanks Renato!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour chez Chantal et Sylvie. Tout est extrêmement propre et agréable. Le logement est très bien équipé. Le barbecue et le brasero ont été utiles pour se préparer un bon dîner. Agréable aussi ce feu de cheminée! Je recommande.

Amazing, well kept place. Had a great fully stocked kitchen. A lot of large and comfortable beds. But warning the small road to the cottage has a lot of pot holes. The lake is very nice and the dock is large and well kept. Just a long and steep walk to the lake, so a little slippery if it has rained.

The accommodation was really incredible! It looked even better than in the photo with the snow. The view was magnificent. Amara is really accessible, responds quickly, always very helpful, really she was perfect. The accommodation was perfectly clean, equipped and very well decorated. It had everything we needed and more: board games, a Wii, a multitude of DVDs. The surrounding area is peaceful, and there's a store and bakery a 5-minute drive away. There's lots to do in the area: ice-skating in the forest, for example, which we loved, waterfalls, national parks, etc. Our only regret: we didn't stay longer! :)

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, quiet, and had a lovely ambiance that made it easy to relax. The hot tub was a great bonus and added to the peaceful, private atmosphere. It was also very convenient— the location made getting around simple. A small suggestion: adding shades or blinds to the large windows and doors would help with privacy, especially in the evenings. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un superbe moment dans cette maison au bord du lac. Le cadre est paisible et dépaysant, parfait pour se ressourcer. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur l’eau, et nous avons adoré profiter du brasero en soirée et du pédalo ! La maison est propre, bien équipée et très accueillante. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

As always, John’s place was stellar. This is our 4th stay as a family. What started as a spontaneous stay, has now become a family tradition. We plan to go for years to come!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, le chalet est impeccable. Possibilité de faire du barbecue et un petit feu au propane avec une superbe vue sur le lac. De plus, il y a la possibilité d’apporter nos amis à 4pattes! Mon chien a adoré courir dans l’eau et la vue du quai est magnifique. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits, malheureusement nous pouvions arriver que vers 16/17h et le départ a 10h. Donc moins de temps qu’on aurait espéré. Mais nous avons passé un très beau séjour et nous reviendrons assurément! 😊

We booked this beautiful chalet for two days of the honeymoon tour and it was a very comfortable stay and everything was clean and tidy, this chalet provides everything even in the smallest details, everything is in this beautiful place, a person does not need to go out of this place to look for fun, just sitting in the jacuzzi on the lake makes you feel that you are in heaven😍We look forward to visiting this place again in the future 🙏🏻

Le lieu est idyllique au bord du lac, au milieu des arbres, on a passé un superbe séjour ♧ C'était parfait !

Merveilleux séjour, hôte sympathique, instructions claires. La maison est chaleureuse avec le beau foyer au salon. Le terrain arrière est magnifique avec plusieurs petits aménagements pour se reposer ou prendre l'apéro en observant le lac. Magnifique lac, magnifique ciel étoilé. Un petit havre de paix! Le chalet est impeccable. Très propre, fidèle aux photos et même encore mieux. Cuisine très bien équipée, lit confortable et plusieurs installations extérieures afin de relaxer et en profiter.

Great place, wonderfull chalet, wanted to stay longer

Had an amazing stay in this cozy chalet with a beautiful lake and fall views full of colours! Gurmeet was very responsive and helpful. The drive to this place makes the experience even more beautiful and worthwhile. Will visit again!!

We had an amazing time in the cottage, everything was very clean! We really enjoyed the whirlpool and the kayaks to explore the lake. Alexandro was very helpful and responded quickly to every message. Be prepared, there are a lot of mosquitos.

Quel endroit magique , Le chalet De Deux Loutres ! Tout d’abord l’emplacement, c’est juste parfait! Calme et intime , entouré d’une magnifique forêt et en même temps seulement à 5 minutes du village de Lac aux Sables, où il y a une épicerie, station service et autres commodités. Emilie et Vincent ont installé des mangeoires à oiseaux autour de la terrasse arrière, on a pu donc observer des geais bleus , des pic bois et autres … sans parler de Twicky , le petit écureuil qui est venu chercher les peanuts qu’on lui laissait! L’intérieur du chalet est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est pensé, jusqu’au dernier détail, pour créer un espace chaleureux et accueillant pour les visiteurs. Les lieux sont d’une propreté impeccable. La cuisine est ultra bien équipée, y compris un set de fondue chinoise et une raclette. Nos coup de cœur, le foyer extérieur, le coin jeux de société, la télé avec Netflix et la machine à popcorn pour les soirées cinéma ! Une semaine de relâche inoubliable!

Beautiful chalet and terrain, it was well-equipped with lots to do to relax and have a good time close to nature (even when our weekend plans got hit by thunderstorms!). The hot tub is nicely positioned on the hill to enjoy the trees and the night sky. Friendly host; we felt quite welcome and everything was easy to figure out. Nice kitchen setup, too.

This was my second year staying at Guy's, you can be sure I'll keep on making that 3.5 hour drive from Montreal every year. We found out that there's trout lakes in the area that are stocked yearly. I've yet to try their charted fishing service, but it's on my things to do list. Guy is quick to respond to any of our question, you will be in safe hands on your stay. I'll probably try and book a second trip up before the summer is over, hoping the schedule isn't all booked up.
