This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

We had a great week at this place with our two kids. The apartment is ideally located: in the city center, with all the shops nearby, and at the same time right by the sea – a real luxury! The decor is sober, elegant, and you immediately feel very good there. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly as advertised. Small detail to note: no dedicated parking space, but we finally found a solution! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We had a great time in Tranche-sur-Mer at Maeva's! The small surf house is charming, well furnished and perfectly located, only 400 meters from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for resting after a day by the ocean. Maeva is a welcoming and caring host. We highly recommend this address for a seaside stay!
