Vacation rentals with beach access in La Gaulette

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la prestation et de l’accueil de Corinne. Il faisait très chaud et nous avons pu profiter chaque jour et à chaque instant de la plage et de la piscine et pouvions admirer chaque soir de merveilleux couchers de soleil sous les cocotiers avec tous nos sympathiques voisins Maurice et Jacqueline

The apartment was very clean. It had everything I needed. Lovely host. It is very close to the beach which is a plus. Highly recommend!

Appartement très bien situé, tout se fait à pied: bus , plage, resto. L appartement est nickel, grand lit confortable, clim, serviette , gel douche , jus , plateau de fruit. Parfait quand on vient d arriver. La piscine est nickelle , quartier au calme . Martine est souriante et dispo.

The accommodation was great, although it has to be said that a couple of times a day the planes taking off from the nearby airport felt like they were thundering just a few metres above the apartment. Huge apartment with stunning views of the beach and sea, the pool is practically in front of the living room. Great support from the extremely nice housekeeper who not only cleaned every day but also cooked a few meals to our liking. The beach is just a few steps away and snorkelling is possible right from the shore. All in all a great stay that we would recommend without reservation.

Ruben’s place is ideal for a family like ours. The view is amazing, the apartment is spacious, and the pool was fantastic. The location is about 15 mins walk to the beach and 20 back (up hill) with a stroller and 2 kids. We were renting a car and found the garage and security team very helpful. Mr Allan in particular went above and beyond; he was such a joyful person and always at his security post. This is Mauritius, so apartments here do need to be kept very clean or you will have ants. They were present when we arrived, but with use of the spray, they disappeared. Hich Lounge is a nice spot for food that’s just a quick walk from the apartment. Overall we would definitely stay again; the location of Flic en Flac is very central and made driving the island that much easier.

Absolutely great value for money. For the price we paid, we got two spacious bedrooms in a beautifully decorated and well-equipped apartment. The location is also a big plus; just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out were the thoughtful extras: teas, coffee, toiletries; all things you wouldn’t normally expect at this price point. These small touches made a big difference. In its category, this apartment is honestly one of the best we've stayed in. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Flic en Flac! The location is perfect, right in front of a nice lively beach and close to everything you need. The view of the beach from the apartment is really lovely. The apartment is simple but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was great at communicating before our arrival, which made everything really easy, even though we didn’t meet in person. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beach stay in Flic en Flac!

Ken was very helpful with checking in and out of the property - the property had everything we needed from air conditioning, lovely showers, spacious rooms and a lovely pool. There was also extras with bath towels and snorkelling equipment one of the best host experiences we’ve had!

This was our second stay at Shangri-La, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. Francine’s stunning villa is truly a gem, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again someday. Francine is an exceptional host - warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Shangri-La holds a special place in our hearts as the setting for so many wonderful memories. The villa itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with an array of amenities, making for an incredibly comfortable and hassle-free stay. The location only adds to its charm, offering a serene and almost magical atmosphere that makes it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning on the patio, swimming in the sea, or simply soaking in the tranquility, this place has a unique way of rejuvenating the soul. We can’t thank Francine enough for sharing her cherished family holiday home with others. Home away from home!

Logement spacieux, confortable, joliment décoré et avec une literie très agréable. Par contre le logement est effectivement situé juste à côté de la piscine et du club. Ce dernier n’est pas encore ouvert tous les jours mais les matins où ils mettaient de la musique, nous entendions tout. La piscine privative est un plus, mais il est vrai que la grand piscine à débordement du club est encore mieux. Également salle de sport non ouverte, bien dommage. Le logement a eu pour nous une très bonne localisation car nous avons adoré le Morne et avons beaucoup visité sur la partie sud de l’île. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa.

Michel est un hôte adorable, toujours à l'écoute et très réactif. Il a su nous proposer et conseiller des activités super chouettes On a beaucoup aimé séjourner dans sa maison, très confortable avec vue imprenable sur la mer, au calme. très jolies terrasses, jardin et piscine à disposition très agréables. Nous recommandons absolument !!! Encore un grand merci à Michel

Lovely villa with a nice pool, lush garden & direct access to the very long beach. Our kids loved feeding the giant tortoises, which live just behind the villa. Owners live nearby and are very nice - they brought us fresh home-growth mangoes. The place is peaceful, quiet, safe, private and virtually mosquito-free (we could peacefully chill in the terrace in late evenings). We especially enjoyed long evening walks along the beach stretching miles to both directions - it is very safe, hence we have also walked in the night counting stars. The "KOA" restaurant is withing the walking distance (along the ocean), while there are other restaurants & shops within the few minutes drive. The Black River National Park is in close proximity with its multiple hiking trails, lush forest & fascinating water falls. We really enjoyed our stay in this place and would definitely like to come back in the near future.

On a passé un séjour très agréable chez Alex et Marie-France. On a apprécié la qualité de la maison, le calme de l’endroit. La maison est facile à vivre et bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses à disposition pour l’arrivée dans le frigidaire ou en dehors (fruits, boissons, miel, etc.). La maison est située à proximité de la plage. La plage est très sympa en particulier le soir au coucher de soleil avec le Club Med illuminé à proximité. Le restaurant la Murene situé à deux pas est un délice et offre un super rapport qualité-prix.

nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa Les Dunes. La maison est grande (attention, la suite parentale est éloignée des chambres des enfants, parfait quand les enfants ne sont pas tout petits). et son emplacement est très privé. La terrasse est très fonctionnelle et la vue sur l'océan y est magnifique. La piscine est très agréable et très bien entretenue. Rati, qui s'est occupée de nous pendant le séjour est une perle : préparation des petits déjeuners et d'un délicieux repas par jour, le luxe absolu !! D'une grande gentillesse et discrétion, nous ne pouvions avoir mieux ! La plage devant est accessible à pieds directement de la maison, attention cependant ce n'est pas l'idéal pour la baignade (vent et vagues, rochers, algues, un peu de pollution), mais parfait pour la pêche, la course aux crabes et les beaux coquillages !

From the moment we booked to arriving, Ambroise and his gf Andre where the perfect hosts and so welcoming. The apartment is exactly as the photos if not better and we were so pleased to spend 3 weeks there. We felt at home and very safe esp with the guard dogs around at night which were so obedient but liked a fuss and play too when allowed. They did not enter our private area. The kitchen, bathroom separate toilet where all like new and very clean. Denis our recommendation for taxi driver collected us at the airport as arranged with Ambroise and also several trips around the island to visit various spots. However it was Ganesh that made our holiday so special with his daily friendly visits to clean and sometimes chat if time. He also offered to pick up food items and made us several Mauritius meals for a small charge. We thoroughly enjoyed using the kayaks as well as snorkeling a few paces from the apartment in the lagoon. Swimming was possible in the lagoon with watershoes. 5*

We spent a nice week of family vacation in Charming Condo, the place is very convenient 5 min walk from the beach, it has all necessary kitchen ware, the terrace-balcony is a great place to have breakfasts and evening snacks to enjoy the sunset. Thank you Sebastien and Valerie for your hospitality!

Séjour très agréable chez Sheel, c'est une hôte adorable, très réactive et souple. Elle nous avait même prévu une belle attention dans l'appartement pour notre lune de miel. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et décoré, tel que sur les photos, très propre et un parking sécurisé. Superbe vue du balcon sur la mer et la montagne à l'entrée. Il est situé à moins de 10 min de la belle plage de Flic-en-Flac et 5 min des restos et supermarchés. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. On s'y est senti comme à la maison. Encore merci Sheel.

Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

Appartement conforme à la description, propre. Au calme, pas loin de la plage. Parking toujours disponible. Kaveesh est très serviable et réactif. Arrivée et départ autonome et très facile.

Logement incroyable, paisible, calme et sécurisé. Fidèle aux photos. le ménage était fait tous les jours, l'appartement était tout équipé je recommande vivement ce logement la communication avec Christopher était facile et rapide.

The location was great. Easy to walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The host was communicative and checked in to ensure we had no issue with check in. They were beyond hospitable. The space was clean and perfect for us. The rooftop pool was a great additional space to sit and relax. We enjoyed our time in this space and would definitely recommend!
