The cabin is located in a quiet area but with cerano access to services such as pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants (500mts). In Las Flores you can take outdoor walks such as the suspension bridge over the Arroyo Tarairas, visit the Pittamiglio Castle museum and you can participate in recreational activities at the Club Social del Balneario.

The master bedroom has air conditioning and a French window with access to the front of the house. Both rooms have a closet. The house is located just 100 meters from the beach (across the street).
