Stefan was a very good and friendly host. Very responsive! He’s good people! The property gave you a front row seat to a beautiful sunrise each morning. The only sound was from the singing birds and gentle crashing waves.

The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed, but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

I spent two wonderful weeks in May with friends and family at the Coconut Hut, and it was a fantastic experience. The house was spotless upon arrival and comfortably accommodated the five of us. We made great use of the pool and barbecue area, which offered a nice balance of sun and shade in the backyard. We even had the chance to host a small event with more guests, and the space worked out perfectly. When it came time to relax, the house was well air-conditioned, though we did notice a few minor water leaks from the units—nothing major, just something to keep an eye on. The bedrooms stayed cool, while the main living area relied on a fan for airflow. Whenever we had a question or minor issue, the hosts were easy to reach, quick to respond, and very helpful. I truly appreciated their attentiveness. I’d definitely recommend staying at one of their properties. I had an amazing time. Everything was conveniently located—local grocery stores like Jumbo and Sirena were 10-minutes away.

Karen’s place was absolutely lovely! The beach was a 2 min walk and she allowed usage of her amazing beach chairs! The other available beaches nearby were lovely, there was a wonderful supermarket a short drive away and Karen’s instructions were clear and she was kind and responsive. It was just what we were looking for for a quick getaway. Would definitely go back.

Love this location for my stays in Cabarete. The property is comfortable, private, secure, has parking, flexible check in, a balcony/terrace to enjoy a meal or work outdoors, a pool and direct access to the beach. As a local I value having a gem like this close to home. Will be happy to return once again.

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host
