Very nice welcome from Valerie. Perfectly located, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Small attention very appreciated with a good brioche, jam, orange juice, coffee and tea. We would recommend it in a second.

We had a lovely stay at Johann's! The accommodation is ideally located for walking everywhere in St Martin de Ré, Johann is very friendly and the accommodation matched the description perfectly, we will come back!

Very well located accommodation with superb views of the exit of the old port. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The place is ideal for discovering the lively center of La Rochelle.

We stayed here with our extended family and two small children for a week in August 2024. We had a fabulous week in Vanessa’s house. It is very close to the beach, which the children loved. You can hear the waves from the back patio and in the bedrooms when the house is quiet. We walked down every night to watch the spectacular sunsets. The pool was a great size for our group. The beds were comfortable and the house had every modern convenience you would need. It is a short walk to the town centre with a Carrefour, bustling markets and amusements for the children. The house description advised using Loclinge for the linens and this service worked very well for us. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect! Flexible check in and check out. Very good communication with Géraldine. Well-located accommodation close to shops (2 min walk) and the beach (5 min bike ride). We were there for the Ascension Bridge, and no worries finding a free parking space just steps from the house. I was a little worried about the noise of the passage, but no worries on that side either. In the end, very few cars pass in front of the house, they are mainly bicycles. The availability of bikes is a huge plus, as well as the mezzanine with children's games/books. A binder is provided with all the useful information. In short, a great stay!!

I highly recommend this Accommodation a la Flotte ideally located 5 minutes' walk from the market and 8 minutes from the port. all shops and restaurants are close by. the accommodation is refurbished, clean and the kitchen is very well equipped and functional. the hosts sent a detailed description and tips before we arrived and were very flexible and responsive!

Very beautiful home in the heart of Bois Plage 10 mins walk to the sea and 5 mins to the city center with its shops and market 3 beautiful bedrooms including one with its built-in shower room and 1 beautiful bathroom with bathtub. A pleasant terrace with a beautiful table a good umbrella in case of great sunshine. Clean, functional house, as described and very easy to stay with a toddler and family. Thanks!

The house is perfect, extremely well designed. The sleeping area is well separated from the living room overlooking the garden. The large bay window promotes the impression of outside/inside. The pool was a few degrees short of what it should be when we arrived, which was normal because the heating hadn't been turned up. Apart from that, the stay was perfect.

We had a great time in Vincent's house: very pleasant setting facing the sea, with private access to the beach below the garden! The host can't be more responsive, I recommend it without a second thought!

A lovely stay at Brigitte's who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Despite the coolness of the pool, we enjoyed it after our very long bike ride. we'll be happy to come back! thank you Brigitte for your hospitality and trust.

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Alexis is a very attentive host and the apartment in La Rochelle is absolutely perfect. I fell in love with La Rochelle as soon as I arrived. Alexis' apartment is impeccable. Alexis thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and have everything they need. All the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is wonderfully equipped, the bathroom superb, the bedroom perfect after a day of sightseeing, the living room relaxing. The box in the underground garage was perfect for parking my car and exploring the city on foot. The apartment is 2 steps from the port and I took the opportunity to explore this beautiful city. The bakery on St Nicholas Street (Alexis' recommendation) is a 3-minute walk and I enjoyed this proximity for my daily croissants and chocolates! Although the apartment is close to tourist places, the location is quiet and peaceful. We don't hear any noise.

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 min to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good hosting. The market next door is a good point!
