Definitely a very nice and comfortable property, I felt right at home.

My experience in this apartment was excellent from the first moment. Everything was as shown in the photos: clean, tidy, modern and with a minimalist decor that makes it very welcoming. The location is super strategic, close to several restaurants, pharmacies, and key points of the city, plus in a very safe area. The beds were really comfortable, I rested at home, and the private garage is a plus, spacious and secure. The host was always very attentive, polite and attentive to every detail, which made the stay even better. I definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

I have been coming back to Alvaro's place a few times already, he is doing a great job as a host, and I highly recommend his place, especially for long stays.

A very nice and comfortable stay... the house is super cozy, going with children is super nice, they have a lot of fun in the pool and the river is really super close and Carolina is always very attentive... really super recommended... 10 out of 10... we'll be back soon...

Our stay was amazing. The house was spotless, very well equipped and located in a quiet area, ideal for resting. Communication with the host was great from the start, always attentive and willing to help. The kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi, it was one of the favorite points of the trip. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!
