Vacation rentals with breakfast in La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin

Corentin's accommodation met our expectations in every way. Communication was excellent from start to finish. A few pleasant touches, including delicious jams, made our stay even more enjoyable. A highly recommended offer!

We arrived after a visit to Chambord Castle located 10 minutes from the accommodation. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Geraldine who showed us the accommodation as well as a parking space giving direct access to the property. Very clean accommodation and as described. Everything was explained to us for the accommodation, and breakfast was included in the service. A real welcome by the hostess who also advised us on the surroundings (grocery store and restaurant). Four of us stayed one night (1 couple plus two children) and the accommodation was sufficient for this short stopover. Very quiet night (no traffic nearby) and we enjoyed the terrace in the evening. If you are in the area, do not hesitate, I recommend it for the hospitality and the value for money of the service.

Comfortable and very clean cottage. Ideal for a family. The large garden allows children to play out safely. And eat out on the beautiful days! Evelyne, our host, is very welcoming and gives all the information necessary to make beautiful visits to the surroundings, including of course Chambord!

You feel "at home" in Sebastien's small atypical house, located at the end of a small very quiet courtyard. Accommodation also very quiet (double glazing?) Very nice parking space, not to mention the "must" during this heatwave period, the air conditioning in living room and bedroom!!! Very nice garden for aperitifs and "chilled" breakfast. 10-15 minutes from the city center, we were able to do everything on foot once our car was parked in a reserved space in the courtyard; tram stop right next door too. few shops except bakery (on the left as you exit, at the fires) quite mediocre. So plan your purchases before. Ideal for us for a stay of 4 days/3 nights, to visit our daughter in Orleans, and discover the region and the castles. Sébastien very nice and available permanently by text or phone. We highly recommend this place, although unfortunately we understand that would soon no longer be on AirBnB...

I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful apartment and the kindest of hosts. We stayed here for four months and from the moment we arrived it felt like home. All the touches of a family home, spacious, full of character, all day light from windows , a wood fireplace. Every mod con. Induction stove, fridge with ice and water, coffee machine, all the plates, cutlery and cooking utensils you need. A laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer and stacked with cleaning materials. Top notch heating. The hosts? From the moment they collected us at the train station to the moment they delivered us back to the station, they could not have been more welcoming and generous in their responses to our requests. The location? Perfect. The magnificent church outside our window, the 10m walk across the wild Loire into the grandeur of the historic city. Fantastic theatre, art, sport, festivals. If you want to taste France, stay here and stay in this apartment. Thanks Alex and Sophie!

The space is spacious, very clean and perfectly as described. I particularly enjoyed the little attention with the first breakfast, it's a real plus! The host is responsive and available, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend it.

Arrived from Guadeloupe for 2 weeks. This apartment is very well located, everything is done on foot, secure and well heated, matches the descriptions perfectly and even better. The stay at Hélène's went wonderfully. The apartment is tastefully decorated. It feels like home. Hélène is a very pleasant host. Good tips for restaurants, and concerned about the well-being of her customers. If you're looking for a high-quality place to stay in the area, don't hesitate!

This is a lovely well located and appointed apartment. The living room is spacious and provides wonderful views of the city. The location is good with only a short walk to the city centre. Stephanie was an exceptional host and helped us greatly. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and host to other visitors.

Bright and quiet apartment. As described and photos. Quiet area close to shops and transport. Free parking at the bottom of the building. Very convenient for visiting Orleans and its surroundings.

Ursula is great host. She is kind, sweet, caring and very very thoughtful. Breakfast was great with fresh ingredients and a lot of care prepared. The garden (very birdy!) and the pool were beautiful. The house was beautiful and we slept wonderfully here. The history and construction of the house is a very interesting story! If you are lucky, Ursula can tell the story accompanied with photos. We 100% recommend this location, although it is just to meet the welcoming Ursula. We would love to come back!

Edith's accommodation is just perfect, everything is designed to make us feel at home. The bedding is amazing (just like the rest of it...) Breakfasts are amazing, local and quality products! And finally, the owners are wonderful people, always thinking about our well-being, good advice on the area, a very good meeting. Go there without so much as a second thought!

Returning to a place often doesn't measure up to one's memories, but Tatiana's home exceeded all expectations. There's something magical about the place which is so peaceful and restful - easy to have deep long sleeps - and the breakfast is sensational. A perfect place to stay to walk around Orleans - well worth a couple of nights - to walk the streets or along the Loire, great restaurants and to explore the history.
