Nice host, beautiful place

I felt very safe staying here with the 3 levels of security. This included a guard standing at the front door overnight ensuring people that are suppose to be there are there & guaranteeing your safety. Beautiful view good area to walk and get food and there’s also a store right across the street that I loved going to that provided drinks snacks and even cigarettes. Everything was top tier only issue I had was washer/dryer wasn’t working but the cleaning lady came and washed my clothes and folded them, for free and within 2 hours

This is a great, quiet location that is fully stocked for longer stays. Everyone on site was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good value here. Good host who was responsive. Beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable from a Canadian perspective. The rocking chairs were uncomfortable and awkward. Internet was fine. Location is good enough. It's about a 15 minute walk to the city square. The kitchen was really well equipped. The bathrooms are very tight. If you are a taller or bigger person this will be difficult. I would recommend a stay here.

A good place to rest in El Retiro : )

The apartment was new and friendly. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals and also had an airfryer. All in all, a pleasant stay in the pretty village of el Retiro. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

For my first trip to the country, this team made it remarkable and easy to get adjusted through the communication of services. To be honest, the pictures don’t do justice for the reality of the place. The place was immaculate and one of the better places I’ve ever stayed. I will be returning in a few months and will only stay at this suite. If it’s not available, I will make other arrangements for travel, but will only stay at this place.

My short stopover in Medellin was wonderful. Carlos recommended a fantastic restaurant amd was very accommodating. The apartment is quiet and peaceful. just a lovely place to stay.

Amazing place. Not only was it able to accommodate all 8 of us, but able to be comfortable and have guests over during the day as well. The security of the area and especially the hotel was very good where we did not have to be concerned about that at all. Additionally, the private roof top terrace with the hot tub, tv, bbq, seating area, shower and washroom. Uncomparable and an experience that is unbeatable especially with the ONE OF A KIND VIEWS! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for accommodating myself and my friends!

Place was great. Had the modern look and feel of a luxury apartment in a big city. Far away enough from the sounds of the nightlife but close enough to go where you need to go up the street. Security at the front is friendly and helpful. Great view from the little balcony. Would book here again.

I Highly Recommend!!! I Been To Medellin A Few Times But This View Was Truly Amazing & One Of The Best. Overall The Apartment Is Beautiful and The TV Has To Be Like 80inches Wide! This place was just like the pictures! Perfect location and very clean. The host was very responsive and took care of everything we needed. They even arranged transportation and in home massages for us. I would definitely book again.

My stay was wonderful. The apartment itself was spotless and very modern. GREAT views off the balcony and from the shower window. It’s also walking distance to restaurants, a mall, Bodytech & action black gyms & the restaurant/bar downstairs is actually great too. Susana was also a good host. Very responsive and attentive. She was able to extend my stay after I missed my flight. Overall recommend this spot.

Great location for tourists with a beautiful Colombian outdoor feel. The heated jacuzzi and AC were great, and the home was gorgeous at night. The nearby restaurant adds to the lively atmosphere, though you might hear some noise and food smells (burning) until midnight. Occasionally, we noticed people from the restaurant glancing into the courtyard as they opened the door. The home was clean overall, though the plastic furniture and tableware made the kitchen feel less fresh. A small brown crunchy thing on the bathroom counter gave me the ick, but nothing major. Beds were comfortable, though only sheets and thin blankets were provided. The kitchen had everything except an oven, and having three bathrooms plus a washer dryer was super convenient. El Poblado is a 10-minute walk, but we preferred Ubers at night since the walk was dark at night. The host was very responsive and even had batteries delivered for the TV remote on the first day. We stayed over a week and really enjoyed it!

Ryan’s place is so close to everything you need! Shops, restaurants, and much more. We truly enjoyed our stay.
