Vacation rentals in La Carolina

If you are not familiar with Quito, I think La Floresta is one of the best neighborhoods in Quito. I’d guess there are over 30 restaurants within a 2 block radius of this apartment with anything from hotdogs to sushi and anything in between. High priced to low prices. It’s also a short walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, banks. I was a bit surprised when I entered the apartment, as it was more elegant than the pictures showed. I found Alejandro to be easy to work with, although work may slow his response. Overall I expect I will be back in this apartment again.

Everyone has already said how great of a host Agusto and Victor are and how lovely this apartment is to spend a few days in Quito. The area is guarded and feels safe. My driver had a little difficulty finding the correct address, possibly because of the pin dropped by AirBB - Agusto responded quickly and helped navigate us to the building. It is about a 10-15-minute walk to the main Avenue, which has places to eat and drink. But the view and tranquil setting of the apartment are worth it. Plus, Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive in Quito, and getting to and from places was never a problem.

A place like for short-term stays and with an amazing view

Pame’s place was SPECTACULAR!!! Beautiful views, very convening to restaurants, beautiful part 1 block away, very clean, felt very safe, metro 1 block away. Huge shopping center directly across the street. 10/10. If this place is available when I return, I’ll definitely stay here again. Pame was also super responsive, it said response time was within :20, was more like :02 minutes. A+

The host is very attentive, the house is large for a group of several people and excellent for meetings! Has everything you need to have a great time in your stay!

The apartment is very beautiful to my family and I loved it, the beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, a very well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook, the perfect location and communication with Pablo was always very easy and quick he was always aware of our stay. I recommend this stay and would definitely come back

I loved it, I would go again, it's in a really nice place. Mickel is a good host.
