L'ânerie d'Amée

800 meters from the beaches and the port of Cotinière, in a small typical Oleron alley, between an old well and its hollyhocks, is a small donkey farm renovated into a guest room with its bathroom and private patio. La Cotinière on foot through fields, bike paths from 300 meters, the stop for our "special beach" summer shuttle 200 meters away. Quiet, the donkey farm is a nice starting point for discovering the island.

Accommodation exactly matches the photos and description. The house is located in a quiet environment, it is very well decorated, bright and very functional. Communication before our arrival was smooth and Mr. and Mrs. Mezange are very welcoming and available people. The house was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. A small welcome gift was waiting for us at our arrival. The only downside was that the pool had not been cleaned when we arrived, there was even a hedgehog floating in it. But as soon as they were warned, Mr. and Mrs. Mezange did what was necessary and a pool technician intervened quickly. This accommodation is in our top 3 of all those we have had the chance to go to. Would recommend 200%

Great stay at Brigitte's place! As soon as we arrive, it smells good, everything is extremely clean, and what a pleasure to slip into the sheets that smell of laundry (and the mattress is excellent!). Very well located on the island, central and at the same time super quiet at night: we will come back without hesitation! Brigitte was very good advice and welcomed us with a big smile: thank you Brigitte!

We had a great time. The accommodation is well located to access the bike paths to then discover the nearest beaches and shops on the island. The grounds are very convenient for those with a dog. Finally, the listing fits perfectly with the description with a most responsive host to inquire or help you. We would highly recommend this listing.
