Great host with a beautiful, private, clean home – wish we could have stayed longer! Amenities are sparse though, so be sure to bring your own toiletries (including extra toilet paper), shampoos, etc...

We stayed in Carolina’s house for 4 nights and we were in total 3 couples. We loved the set up of the house. Used the quincho area multiple times and so fun to enjoy with friends. It had everything we needed. The best part was the second queen bedroom was a guest house in the backyard which we didn’t realize before arriving and was an added plus for extra privacy for one couple. The pool was clean and a nice temperature. So many restaurants walking distance and the beach a few blocks away. We loved it and hope to return!

All quiet with the accommodation, the house corresponds to the advertisement, somo do RS - Brazl and we used the house as a dormitory to get to know Punta del Este, it was perfect. The house has water heating on all the faucets, and the shower is excellent. Giving comfort and relaxation after a busy day at the sights. Seu Julio is very attentive and friendly. We will definitely return.

This was one of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. The pictures do not even do the place justice. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. We will definitely be back.

Pablo is super friendly and communicative, he quickly answered all my questions and was always available. Thank you so much for the kindness! Check-in was very flexible as it offered us a wide range of check-in times. The check out was also very pleasant, Pablo offered us to stay a few more hours in the apartment because no new passengers were checking in that day. The apartment is practically new, it was in perfect clean condition in its 2 rooms and the bed is very comfortable. The building has many amenities, which we did not use but we went to see; it is also very conveniently located on the peninsula of PdE. The apartment has a small balcony that overlooks a barbecue entrance hall (zoom), it rescues it because other people can go through that corridor and you have to be a little care with privacy, since the window door of the apartment (only ventilation and light entry) leads to that balcony.

Beautiful place! The views are a dream and listening to the sea at all times is the most beautiful. Super clean and easy to find. It has all amenities. Nicolás is very attentive and kind. I will be back!

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt right at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.

Excellent accommodation but Diego's service was more than excellent. Highly recommended. We will be back soon!

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view from the balcony is equally spectacular. For those who are willing and like to walk, the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to the accommodation... but by car it's 5 minutes and really very easy to get to... The only negative aspect is that if another guest takes a shower at the same time in the other en-suite the water gets so weak that you have to wait for the shower to finish... But this becomes irrelevant in view of everything else that the accommodation provides... I will definitely be back.

Beautiful cabin, with everything you need to have an incredible stay, super private and quiet, ideal to disconnect and be surrounded by nature! We loved everything, super-equipped. The cabin is just like the photos, the sunsets from the balcony or breakfasts in front of the pool, I wouldn't know what to choose. Looking forward to coming back soon! Ah peace. A beautiful setting & surroundings. The home looks exactly as pictured. Comfy beds, fluffy pillows, kitchen stocked as promised, great yard & private. Ocean views, great front & backyard - can I come stay longer please?! Stayed 3 days - my family loved it.

The house is beautiful, amazing location with trail to the lagoon. Mountain bikes give it a plus, I recommend going to the bird viewpoint. Federico is super friendly and attentive. We will be back!

A very comfortable and very well located house. Marilin was available at all times. Highly recommended.

We stayed with my wife for 30 days. On the day of arrival we met Paola who was leaving everything impeccable, and she told us about how everything in the house works. We take all-day walks with peace of mind for the security of the cameras and alarm. The beach is one block away. It was my birthday and Randy surprised me with a postcard and a bottle of good wine. After three days in the house, he texted me to see if we were having a good time. When we couldn't connect the phone to the Smart TV, he offered to pay for two or three days until we fixed it; but it wasn't necessary. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Excellent host, so much so that God willing we plan to return.

A super enjoyable, spacious, comfortable house with everything you need to spend a few nice days. The location is unbeatable with direct access to the beach. We recommend it!

The apartment is located in a privileged place especially for those who like to walk on the boulevard and go out to dinner at the end. Outside of high season, you can park perfectly on the street. As other reviews say, on Saturdays there may be noise from people and music in the street, but the double glazing of the windows mitigates the issue quite well. The apartment is furnished with excellent taste and quality, on par with an excellent hotel, with the difference that the location in front of the port is exceptional. The balcony terrace is perfectly set and furnished to enjoy both breakfast and sunset wine with cheese. When I return to Punta del Este alone as a couple, it will always be my first option!

A divine house in a tremendous location. Like being in the country but with brutal comfort. Everything set up to enjoy, especially with children. Thank you Sofi and Flia for welcoming us to your home! 💙
