Apartment vacation rentals in Kyrgyzstan

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The windows are well placed to allow plenty of natural light and fresh air with cross breezes. Being at the rear of the building, this relatively quiet apartment is very nicely decorated. I really like the character of the furnishings and the mix of mid century modern and traditional. All the furniture is comfortable including the bed. Heat and AC both work well, depending on your season. I have stayed in this apartment before and decided to come back because it is so nice. Karina, the owner, is very nice, always quick to respond and very helpful if the need arises.

Понравилась квартира, верхний этаж, внутри всё очень продумано и уютно. Из минусов : периодические проблемы с водой (дом только построен) - кажется временная проблема. И, по соседству школа - могут быть мероприятия шумные. Во всем остальном - отличный вариант за свои деньги. Вид из окна тоже прекрасный. Однозначно рекомендую!

Great super central location. Responsive host. Perfectly clean, very spacious flat. Looks exactly like the pictures. Great view from the balcony. The host answered every question and fulfilled every request promptly. Overall, highly recommended.

Everything was just perfect: clean, spacious, quiet and walking distance to everything. Nice place to stay with children Reception and host are very helpful and always there to help out with any requests.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city center, close to excellent boulevards and parks, pleasant to walk around, and cafes and restaurants to enjoy a pleasant evening. The building itself is small, the neighbors are very friendly and you can see that everyone treats each other with care. The apartment has everything you need, a convenient kitchen, workspace and a comfortable sofa! Our stay in this apartment was comfortable and we would love to stay in the apartment again when we are in Bishkek again.

Мы чудесно провели неделю в апартаментах Варвары. Она всегда быстро и доброжелательно отвечала на вопросы, и была готова помочь. Квартира абсолютно соответствует фото и описанию, очень чисто, уютно, есть все для комфортного проживания.

We have stayed here a few times because it is a very convenient location. We would stay here again, it’s close to everything you need—restaurants, groceries, etc.

Хорошее месторасположение, недалеко от центра, сама квартира удобная, много места, есть куда разложить-развесить одежду. Для удаленной работы есть место, не хватает мягкого рабочего кресла но это так, небольшое пожелание) В 5 минутах ходьбы от дома магазины, кафе, столовые. Кухня в квартире небольшая но все необходимое есть чтобы дома еду приготовить.

Her şey harikaydı! Ev tam ilanlarda göründüğü gibiydi, hatta daha bile güzeldi. Temizlik mükemmeldi, konum çok merkeziydi ve evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Ev sahibi son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı, iletişimimiz çok hızlı ve sorunsuz geçti. Konaklamamız boyunca hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim, tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyorum!

Чистая, светлая, уютная квартира, комфортно прожили две недели. Есть все необходимое, на все вопросы быстро отвечали, заселение тоже очень простое) нам все понравилось, приедем еще )

It was a beautiful apartment. The building is old but the flat has been refurbished with everything inside except washing machine . It’s easy to find .

The apartment is at the city center. Perfect location and easy access to everything. Lots of cafe and restaurants nearby. Bublik restaurant below the apartment was my favourite. Nice food there. Can just walk to every where in the city. Nearby pharmacy too in case you need to buy meds. Host was very responsive. He helped me to arrange driver to pick me up from the airport at 5am. Everything was great! Highly recommended for the place.

Ставлю 5 звезд авансом, так как в квартире уютно и есть перспективы. На момент нашего проживания еще не был подключен быстрый интернет, стоял только 5G модем с соответствующей скоростью. Немного не доделан ремонт местами (торчат провода), но это не мешало проживанию и комфорту. Немного не хватало посуды (кружек, тарелок), но думаю это поправят. Так же имейте ввиду что Я Еда не доставляет в этот район пока что, но зато доставляет Glovo. До центра города можно добраться на такси примерно за 30 мин. Район активно застраивается, но шума в квартире слышно не было.

I had a lovely stay in this apartment The local cafes nearby were fantastic! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my remote work. The host was responsive and made the stay easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place in South Bishkek.

Azamat's place was exactly what we needed. He was very responsive, kind, helpfull, and even spoke English. The house is situated in a modern fenced community with many amenities right on the lake. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, grocery, game center, massage workout room etc. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. You can relax in the shade to the sounds of birds singing. The grounds are so pristine! The apartment has a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of utensils, pans etc. There is a full bathroom and a half which is wonderful for getting ready. The floor is also heated! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was great. We would stay there again.

Отличная квартира, все очень современно и удобно, полностью оправдывает свою стоимость. Хозяин общительный и вежливый, незамедлительно отвечал на все возникающие вопросы. Рекомендую!)
