The size of the apartment is 72 m2 in a house completed in 1928. There is no elevator, but only one flight of stairs from street level. Wide windowsills and tall rooms set the tone. In the bedroom, a double bed, the sofa in the living room also has a bed. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Indoor pets allowed. Parking space in the garage, street side is paid Mon-Sat, Sun free.

The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.
