A very neat and nice newly renovated apartment in the ground floor of a villa with 4 sleeping places. Located on a quiet street close to the city center and swimming areas. The apartment consists of modern equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed for two, between the hall and the living room there is a bunk bed. The apartment has open plan. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Patio with garden furniture and grill. Distance to the city center in Kungshamn is approximately 300 meters and to the swimming area approximately 700 meters. *High season V.25-32 *Low season V.18-24 & V. 33-39

Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer and exit to a balcony. There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

At 20-30 min walking distance there is Bua heath nature reserve and two nice sandy beaches. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Entrance from the garden, under the stairs. Parking space is at the front of the house, facing the street. Please note that there is no TV/wifi and that the ceiling is low. Dog and cat are in the house above the apartment. Warm welcome!

Larger patio is available in the garden with large social areas. 4 bedrooms as well as 2 living rooms and a dining area. Newly renovated toilet with shower is upstairs and an older toilet/bathtub in the basement (and washing machine). There are 9 beds and the house is just right for two families. Two beds are a bunk bed- best for children.
