Zɛta truly gave my family an unforgettable experience. Before we even arrived, she checked in with us to see if we were still coming due to the weather—which was such a thoughtful gesture. She answered all our questions super quickly and clearly. When we walked into the house, we were greeted so warmly—and to our surprise, there were drinks and food already prepared for us, almost like a full meal! That’s definitely not something we’re used to, and it made us feel really cared for. Zɛta is such a kind and friendly person, and it was so easy to communicate with her. The house was spotless. We also really appreciated being able to check in and out flexibly—though of course, that might depend on the day, so it’s a good idea to confirm with her beforehand. She also gave us some great local tips that were super helpful during our stay. Next time, we’d love to stay here again and spend more time exploring this cozy little area.

Spacious large clean apartment in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Near the sea and the beach , a market and many cafes. The hostess was very nice and friendly. We would love to stay for more days. We will come back for the next time. Thank you for everything!

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Figen and her mother very much. We were very welcomed and very interested. The house was very clean and tidy. The only difficulty we had was in the address section. The location gave it to a house on the mosque side of the village, it took us a while to find it at dusk. But thanks to Ms. Figen's mother, she greeted us. A place you can choose with peace of mind.

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Erdi for his good communication. We easily communicated during both check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. If your expectation is a calm stay, you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Erdi for his hospitality.

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

A peaceful house in a wonderful garden very close to the village of Molivos. The cleanliness and order is very good, they responded to our messages whenever we needed. Thank you very much.

We spent a cold month of Winter in Panagiouda to volunteer nearby. We were fortunate to stay in this apartment which was really perfect for our needs - a retreat from the daily work that on our return each day, felt like home. So beautiful to walk out of the gate each morning to beautiful and peaceful surroundings where all the neighbours were very friendly. The apartment is in a great location, local bakeries and traditional supermarkets (called pantopolio) are stocked with all that's required to sustain their customers. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the kitchen amply stocked with the listed accessories and essentials, and likewise the bathroom with toiletries and laundry liquid. Anything that cropped up was quickly dealt with by the owner. Thank you Panagioti.

Really enjoyed my stay here, spacious rooms, bright and airy with lovely views from both balconies. It was close to tavernas and beach but still felt very peaceful. Lefteris was a charming and friendly host

Ms. Elif was very kind and caring. Everything in the house was so thoughtfully put together and quite clean. The area was very calm compared to the center of Ayvalik, but it was also suitable for finding beautiful places and taking long walks. I recommend it.

Cleanliness down to the finest detail is also very important. We were amazed by the interior design. It was also a place we would prefer again due to its location.
