Villa vacation rentals in Korana

Very nice and clean accommodation. Indeed, it was a pity that there was very little kitchen utensils available, such as an extra pan (especially if you are staying in the house with such a large group), kitchen towels, sponges,..... There was also no cleaning equipment available, such as a vacuum cleaner, mop,...After we contacted the host, this was put in order very quickly. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is within walking distance of supermarkets, bakery, vegetable stalls and butcher. Also very close you have several eateries. Be careful if you want to rent a boat through the host. Host has nothing to do with this rental. These people are not reliable! They rented a speedboat that was already broken, where water came in, didn't get windshield, no life jackets. We were accused of crashing the boat. Boat taken out of water, nothing to see. It turned out that the pump had been broken for a few days. Didn't get any money back!

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

We felt very comfortable the house is very nice. Franko and Nensi were very friendly and always helpful. Villa Grace is highly recommend.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

Andrea gave us a very warm welcome. Her kindness and attention were exceptional. The place was in immaculate condition; she had even provided ice for us in the fridge and provided enough drinks. Despite our short stay and the bad luck with the weather – it rained for a day and a half – she appeared the next day with warm pastries, as a small gesture for the bad weather, as if she were responsible for it. She is truly a very warm and friendly person. We felt extremely comfortable. The place itself is, as already mentioned, simply wonderful, very relaxing, clean and welcoming.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

We had a very nice time here. Smilja is a very friendly host, easy to reach and the house is beautiful. Absolutely recommend, happy to come again!

Had a great stay there!

Place was very nice and corresponded to the pictures. The water in the pool was a little dirty and the dishes never got really clean in the dishwasher. Communication with facility manager Danijel on site was very easy and hassle-free. He responded to our requests if something was missing in the house and brought missing things very quickly. Otherwise, the place was very nice and we were able to enjoy the holiday for a few days in a relaxing way.

Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

We had an amazing stay at Zoran’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Zoran was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The villa itself was stunning, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Zoran’s hospitality truly made our stay special. Ana was a superb host. She gave a great list of recommendations and was very responsive. We were given a lovely welcome basket on arrival. The villa itself was excellent and well equipped. Perfect for our party of 8 - plenty of space and never felt overcrowded. The only downside was the construction happening in front of the villa which slightly ruined the view from the balcony and made some noise during the day. Despite this, it was a very private and relaxing villa ground which is perfect for a week away on holiday. Just 15 mins from Zadar by car meaning the city is easily accessible but the location of the villa allows you to escape the business to relax

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

We had a fantastic holiday at Lidija's villa. The cleaners cleaned everything very thoroughly and Lidija responded very quickly. The host also gave nice suggestions. Totally TOP! :-)

We were at this place for 4 days and the house was great. We have enjoyed the evenings after cycling the whole day. The house was a great opportunity to calm down and enjoy the sun.

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

Highly recommend staying with Josipa, the lake view is stunning and the house very comfortable and fully equipped. We stayed with 5 adults and 2 children and had more than enough space. The heated pool was perfect in april. Josipa was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Potravlje is a quiet little place, yet with supermarket close by and by car you can easily reach Split, Krka and other beautiful places within an hour.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.
