Vacation rentals with beach access in Konyaaltı

Хорошее Жилье, достаточно чисто. Хозяин позволил нам заселиться раньше. Стоит обратить внимание, что в данном комплексе несколько квартир, они все похожи, но немного отличаются. На фото есть духовой шкаф, в квартире куда нас заселили не было. Район тихий и спокойный. До моря легко дойти пешком.

Le logement correspond tout a fait aux photos et description. Idéal pour un couple, l'endroit est calme et à proximité de plusieurs magasins environ 2min à pied. À 5min à pied de l'arrêt de bus pour aller au centre ville d'Antalya et bien desservi par plusieurs bus. La plage de Konyaalti se trouve à 15min à pied (où se trouve des parties payantes et gratuites), l'eau y est tres chaude pour un mois de septembre. Le logement est frais car il se trouve en ré-de-chaussé à l'intérieur donnant sur un jardin privé, nous n'avions pas besoin de mettre la clim (à l'extérieur il faisait 35-37°) . Possibilité d'utilisé la table et les chaises dans le jardin (espace commun avec d'autres appartement. Nous avons eu des serviettes de douce, l'eau chaude fonctionnait parfaitement. L'hôte à été très réactive et flexible, nous le recommandant fortement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci.

Öncelikle Erkan Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. ne zaman arasak hemen cevapladı gecikme olmadan elinden geleni yaptı. Ev gerçekten çok temizdi. evde herhangi bir koku nem rutubet filan asla yoktu. yatak battaniye ve nevresişm takımları fazla fazla yeterliydi. ev genişliği çok iyiydi mutfak geniş ve güzeldi evin balkonunda oturmak keyifliydi. binadaki komşular bile çok iyiydi. evin konumu mükemmeldi her şey çok yakın elinizin altında semt gerçekten huzurlu ve elit bir yerdi. bina önünde kocaman bir park vardı yürüyüş yapmak dinlenmek için çok ideal bir yerdi. Good location - several grocery stores nearby. Tuesday market was only a 5-minute walk from the apartment and had great food and prices. Apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. Had everything we needed, and it felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet building, with ample parking. On the 5th floor so appreciated the elevator. Banu is a very friendly, organized, and experienced host. She was quick to respond to our messages, and we appreciated her suggestions for restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. I have been in Antalya for about a week & I stayed in this Airbnb all along . Initially I booked for 2 days and then I extended . This is a great property . There is a mall nearby . And there is a live street behind you. You get everything . Many food options and lot to do . You get direct bus to the kaleici also . Muhammet is a great host . Very responsive & flexible . He tries his maximum to make you feel comfortable

Great place to stay. Gürcan is a friendly, hospitable and helpful host. We arrived late at night, and she came out ot to find us. We were travelling with kids, and she provided us with step stool and kids chair that she probably bought especially for us, because they were spotless. Everything was clean. Armchairs and sofa are new. Kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. Good and safe place to leave with kids: ground floor, terrace, safe windows (windows are at the ground level) electric oven. Unfortunately no window in the smaller room, but is very well illuminated with electric lights. Peaceful location, surrounded by villas and small hotels, but the bus stop is in 3 minutes. Sea is in 7 minutes, convenient to reach with kids stroller. Great views from the roof as an extra bonus ;)

Жильё полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию. До моря и набережной 5 минут пешком. Но до магазинов с продуктами, фруктами и т. д. минут 10-15 пешком. Спасибо хозяину за отзывчивость и местные рекомендации (кафе, магазины и т.д.)

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad! Mevr. Gamze was heel netjes en reageerde snel op al onze vragen. Alles werd keurig op tijd doorgegeven, wat zorgde voor een zorgeloos verblijf. De locatie was echt fantastisch – het huis was mooi en schoon, met een prachtig uitzicht. In de buurt zijn er volop restaurants, supermarkten en gezellige strandtenten, dus je hoeft je hier echt geen moment te vervelen. Heel erg bedankt voor alles, Mevr. Gamze. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Evin ulaşımı ve konumu çok iyiydi. Geniş aileler için bence çok iyi bir tercih. Denize yürüme mesafesi ile 5 dk. Ev sahibi cana yakındı. Genel anlamda güzel bir tatil geçirdik, teşekkür ederiz.

Birkaç mutfak araç gereci eksikliği dışında herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Bahçe katı ve balkonlu olması bizim işimize geldi. Ev yakın zamanda tedilat olmuş, eşyalar yeni ve sorunsuz çalışıyor. Konumu çok iyi, konyaaltı sahiline sadece 7-8 dk yürüyüş mesafesi.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

The apartment feels like home and is in a very beautiful location. Has all the furniture needed for extended stays as well. 10/10!

Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser
