Il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato stupendo! La casa è bellissima e Gordana è stata incredibilmente accogliente e ha pensato a tutto. Ci ha riempito il frigorifero con molti prodotti del suo orto e anche acquisti apposta per noi! Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per farci vivere al meglio la zona. Infine, quando siamo andati via, ci ha fatto anche un regalo! Grazie!

We stayed at the Villa as a couple in our late 30s for 10 nights mid-late May 2025. Communication with Zelko prior to the trip was excellent and we arranged a transfer with him from the airport. The Villa is set in a picturesque, water front location with private access to the beach with sun loungers available. The kitchen facilities allowed us to cook each day, with a restaurant, bar and supermarket within 2 minute walk. The hot tub was lovely and we spent a lot of time outside on the terrace soaking in the sun and the view. There is a bus a few times a day to Dubrovnik for those wanting to visit the city. Zelko & his wife are very friendly and were on hand if we needed anything. We had the most relaxing stay and will definitely be back. Thanks again :)

The place is possibly even downplayed on Airbnb. So many bathrooms, showers - an incredibly clean pool and jacuzzi and local contacts who are super helpful. Paulino who we dealt with was on hand and speedy with replies throughout the trip. Overall a lovely space, well worth the costs. Cars into the capital do work out quite expensive but we were a big group so it was understandable.

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday here in May. We took a bit of a punt as there were no reviews at the time of our booking. But we couldn’t have been happier. The location is perfect - a beautiful, peaceful, rural setting just a short drive from the airport. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for us as a family (two adults, a baby and a preschooler). There is plenty to see and do locally. Cavtat was a highlight for us and we returned several times. We found the host’s recommendations to be excellent- we ate out every day for two weeks and didn’t have a bad meal, all the food was outstanding. We really felt the host went above and beyond with their communication. The pool was too cold for the baby - but then we did visit out of season in May and we were warned in advance that the pool wasn’t heated. The weather was perfect for young kiddos - warm but not too hot. We can 100% recommend.

Thank you to Marina and Marko for an unforgettable stay at your beautiful home. Right from enquiring about the Villa, Marina was quick to respond and extremely informative. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the villa and shown around by Marko, they had very kindly left us a fruit platter, biscuits and some beers. The Villa is beautiful inside and out and the air conditioning is extremely welcomed in the heat. The Villa is only a 5 minute drive to Cavtat (which we thought was amazing). We had a car for a couple of days but found we didn’t really need it as an Uber was only around 40kuna each way, and meant we didn’t have to worry about parking in the town. There is a lovely little bakery less than a 5 minute walk and a small supermarket about a 2 minute walk so we had everything available that we could need. If you want a nice relaxed holiday with the friendliest hosts, then this villa is a must. Thank you again

Marina was the perfect host, quickly replying to queries and also helping arrange transport for us with our baby so we didn't need to worry. She also gave great advice on things to do in the area. The house was fantastic and in an incredible location with lovely, friendly animals too. Honestly, I cannot recommend more highly! Thank you Marina! X

Wir sind zu 6 angereist. 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Jeder hat sich von Anfang an dort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Sie war für Fragen immer ansprechbar und hat gute Tipps gegeben.Der Pool war warm, sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Die kinder hatten ihren größten Spaß. Ausstattung der Küche wirklich gut , alles gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden wieder kommen. Achso weil es hier immer wieder negative Bewertungen gab wegen dem Frühen säubern des Pools und dem frühen Check Out. Also ich habe niemanden gehört am Morgen. Die Vermieterin war sehr leise, der Pool sauber, der Grill aufgeräumt und Asche entfernt, was will man mehr. Der Check Out um 10 Uhr ist normal. Im Hotel muß ich auch aus dem Zimmer um 10 Uhr. Wenn nachmittags wieder Gäste kommen, sind 4 Stunden nichts um das Haus , die zwei Stockwerke , zu putzen.

Amazing Apartment, perfect location. Super warm and welcoming neighbor who made sure we had everything we needed. Looks even better than these pictures. Would definitely recommend this place! So close to everything you need in Cavtat:)

Ivo, Antonie a babička byli skvělí, komunikace, přístup, ochota, úplně úžasné, na uvítání káva a šnaps na stole :) pár minut odtud luxusní pláž. Nejsem zde naposled a už ne sám !!!

Me sentí muy a gusto quedándome en el departamento de Elena. Ella y su familia han sido super atentos conmigo. Todo está en perfectas condiciones, limpio y ordenado. Recomiendo este lugar para quienes quieran tranquilidad y estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

We stayed for 4 nights, the location is amazing, no traffic, the house it at the end of the street, amazing view of the sea from terrace. Water is just 1min. away, Has everything what you need, A/C works perfect. the hosts were very friendly and kind, market is 15min walking distance. Looking forward to come back!

Ane hat für ihre Gäste ein kleines Paradies geschaffen! Das Haus liegt an einem bewaldeten Hang, mit direkten Blick auf die traumhafte Bucht von Cavtat! Die gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet, die Apartments sind modern und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage lässt keinen Wunsch offen, von Pool und Whirlpool über Sauna, Gym, Barbecue Grill oder Waschmaschine, es ist alles da, was man für einen gelungenen luxuriösen Urlaub möchte! Ane ist den ganzen Tag über nebenan, sie ist immer für ein nettes Gespräch oder Fragen offen. Check in und Check out sind absolut problemlos. Ane ist so eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, wie man sich nur wünschen kann!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️🌺🌊🐟🏝️

Un appartement très agréable, bien équipé. Ivana a été très agréable et soucieuse de notre bien être. Jusqu'à nous laisser rester un peu plus longtemps que l'heure de départ prevue dû à une erreur de ma part. Une gentillesse qui fait chaud au coeur.

Lovely apartment great value for money, only downside is it’s on the flight path to the airport, lots of airplane noise until late at night

Nous avons séjourné une nuit seulement, petit jardin avec piscine très agréable. Depuis notre terrasse vue magnifique sur l’Adriatique. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Maro &Nicole , je recommande fortement. Le port et la petite ville de Cavtat est vraiment sympa jolie découverte sur toute la ligne. Merciiiii beaucoup

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tereza. Vinka was fantastic who was there to meet us at our arrival and show us round the villa. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped straight away with any issues. The villa was immaculate and went above expectation. The grounds were beatiful where we could relax with a morning coffee and every night. The location was perfect for travelling into Cavtat and Dubrovnik and even though it was opposite the airport you would never have known and wasn’t a problem atall. All amenities were provided at the villa and housekeeping were brilliant! We cannot rate Villa Tereza highly enough, we were extremely sad to leave.

This place is like a fairy tale. Every detail was made with thoughts. we stayed for 3 days and this is place to relax and enjoy yourself. we had a barbecue the last day, but you can also have a magical dich at the restaurant. in the garden you could find two turtle families. and the surroundings are stunning. there will be nothing else you could ask for. we loved it

Nino was a great host. Good communication before, during checkin and throughout our stay. The villa is wonderful. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and provided hours of fun for everyone. The mountain view from the villa is beautiful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time.

Niks anders dan lof over de gastvrijheid van Nena en de vakantie woning. Vanaf het vliegveld is het maar een klein stukje rijden. Nena en haar man ontvingen ons gastvrij in de woning. De woning zag er prachtig en schoon uit. We kwamen aan op een dag waarop alle winkels dicht waren. Nena had ervoor gezorgd dat er wat boodschappen in huis waren zodat er wat te eten en te drinken was en heeft ons ook tijdens ons verblijf laten genieten van haar kookkunsten. We hebben anderhalve week genoten van de woning, de prachtige rustige omgeving, het uitzicht, het fruit uit de bomen, het fijne zwembad. Het was echt vakantie. Een plek om te ontspannen.

super host, appartement en geweldige buitenplaats met van alles te doen. Mijn twee zoons hebben zich enorm vermaakt. als we vragen hadden waren ze erg behulpzaam. Half uur rijden van Dubrovnik, half uurtje van Cavtat en ruim een uur van Kotor. in de buurt ook van allerlei buiten activiteiten op het water te doen of buggy/quad safari. zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die het ontdekken van de natuur en mooie steden willen afwisselen met ontspannen bij het huisje.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the villa at the end of August. When booking Ivana was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries and although we arrived quite late at Dubrovnik airport, her husband Maro kindly met us, and showed us around the villa, which they had thoughtfully stocked with some groceries for our first night. The villa itself was spacious, clean and very well equipped in the kitchen, with aircon throughout and a smart TV in the lounge. The pool was lovely especially as the weather was so hot. It is a tranquil place in the hills but also close enough to easily visit Cavtat, Dubrovnik, and the quieter local beaches. Really, everything you could want for a family holiday. We would happily return :)

Ein Traum! Vom Check-In über die Kommunikation, die Unterkunft, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit & Service….wir hatten noch nie einen derart zuvorkommenden Gastgeber! Der persönliche Empfang war das erste Highlight! Die ganze Familie des Gastgebers erwartete und und führte uns durch das bezaubernde Anwesen. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Uns erwartete ein herausgeputztes Haus, eine perfekt gepflegte Außenanlage und kristallklares Wasser im Pool und Hot Pot. Das zweite Highlight war die Küche samt den bereitgestellten Früchten aus dem heimischen Garten. Tomaten, Gurken, Paprika…aber auch Melonen, Orangen und Bananen. So viel, dass wir es als 5-köpfige Familie fast nicht essen konnten. Aber auch Milch, Brot, selbstgemachte Säfte, Butter, Kaffee… wir konnten den Abend und das Frühstück bestreiten ohne sofort einkaufen zu müssen. Bozo sorgte dafür, dass es nie an etwas fehlte. Während des Aufenthaltes bekamen wir weitere Köstlichkeiten wie durch Zauberhand in unser Haus geliefert. Ein Traum
