Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

Beautiful view, comfortable accommodation that had everything we needed. Having a washing machine was a big plus for us.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

My family of five (ages 56, 55, 25, 23, and 18) loved this apartment! The location is fabulous; You cannot be any closer to the old city without staying within the walls. The views are unbelievably gorgeous. Tough to capture in photos just how wonderful the balcony is, but I'm confident it will make a few social media accounts. The rooftop balcony is covered, nicely furnished, and a terrific place for coffee, food, drinks, etc. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and living area provide all the space you need when in Dubrovnik. Dominik arranged our transfer from the airport, a terrific guide of the old city, and coordinated an excellent boat trip to the Elaphiti Islands. This is one of our all time favorite stays!

Es war sehr schön und gemütlich im Appartement. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und der Garten waren eine Augenweide. Marija war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet so dass, wir auch mit kleinem Gepäck zufrieden waren. Wir hatten eine sehr gute, entspannte Zeit.

Mooie rustige plek dicht bij Dubrovnik. ideale uitvalsbasis voor onze city trip. Heel vriendelijke host. De buite douche viel erg in de smaak bij de kinderen. ruim appartement met nette inrichting. Zeker een aanrader als je de regio wil bezoeken.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Tür auf und sofort das Gefühl, angekommen zu sein. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt: Frische Äpfel, ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Saft und Milch, eine Top-Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Im Badezimmer wartet ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Korb mit kosmetischen Utensilien: Hier wurde wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht, immer mit Blick auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Vor der Tür: ein paar Schritte nach links - eine einheimische Bäckerei (Achtung, Suchtgefahr!), gleich daneben ein Lebensmittelladen und gegenüber eine Bushaltestelle. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die unfassbar freundlichen Gastgeber!!

We cannot say enough positive things about the host Luksa and the apartment. He was fantastic from the initial contact to when we checked out. Warm, welcoming, and always available. He arranged a lovely driver, Srjdan, to pick us up at the airport; we called upon him several times to drive us. The apartment was spotless, tastefully furnished, well stocked, and in the perfect location - just above Old Town to be out of the crowd, but close enough to walk. The apartment size is very European and was perfect for the 2 of us, meaning if you are looking for a huge modern hotel space, stay in Texas. The views from the balcony were magical, and because of that, we spent more time there than anticipated. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and will certainly always stay with Luksa in the future.

We really enjoyed the stay. The place is spacious, well appointed, and the outside areas are super - sun deck, covered eating area and jacuzzi, with great views. You need Ubers or buses to get to and from old town, about 6-10 eur, but they're readily available.

Phenomenal location! Having your own private access to the water was nothing short of incredible. Clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. Very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay again!

Had many treasured moments here! Danijela’s friendly energy/amazing service and her accommodation allowed for this as well as the otherworldly views seen from the balcony/roof. If I could I would take the experience and put it in my pocket to enjoy back home. Thanks a trillion Danijela.

I cannot recommend Poco Loco enough. Minya and Ivo were the best hosts and were so helpful anytime we needed anything. They organized transportation for us upon arrival and departure. They greeted us when we arrived, helped with luggage, and gave us a full property tour. Truly the best hosts, such a gorgeous view, the perfect spacious apartment— all the ingredients for a lovely stay in Croatia!

We loved staying at Arna's apartment - really well placed to old town and walking trails so all options are available to you while being out of the hectic central area. Everything in the flat worked well and there was plenty of space. Comms with arna & matko were sublime too, definitely would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at Kevin and Diana’s. The apartment was brilliant, we loved the way it has been designed, it had everything that we needed for our weeks stay. Both the apartment and grounds were spotless. The pool and kitchen/living room area were something else! A few days we had the pool to ourselves and it felt like a private villa. The location of the apartment is perfect with a 10 minute walk into Old Town. Diana looked after us well during our stay, keeping in touch and providing fresh towels and bed linens mid week. We will be recommending this apartment to all our family and friends, and hopefully we will return ourselves.

The apartment was exactly like it is described in the advert. It was quiet and peaceful, with a stunning view of the sea and Lokrum island. We enjoyed the walk into Old Town, it was just the right distance from the crowds. Everything was clean and tidy. We particularly liked the great bathroom and shower. We can’t think of anything negative to comment on! Thank you for a lovely place Vesna!

Le logement se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres de l'entrée de la vieille ville, très pratique. Et se trouve dans une très jolie propriété privée. Inès a été chaleureuse et accueillante. Je suis ravie de mon séjour (3 nuits) chez elle.

This apartment and garden are beautiful. The apartment is clean, freshly painted, new appliances, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The gardens are stunning with a wide variety of flowers, grapevine covered terrace and we enjoyed watching the resident tortoises meander across the terrace and through the gardens. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so best if you don’t have a large heavy suitcase. The climb is worth it, but beware if you have any mobility issues.

What a perfect apartment for our week in Dubrovnik! Ivana is a lovely and helpful host, the apartment is spotless and well-equipped and the location is very convenient with a terrific view! Do not hesitate to book this - you'll love it, too. Maro arranged excellent day trips for us (he's a great help!) and Ivana even helped us with re-booking flights home. They are easy to communicate with and always reply promptly. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - 10 stars, if we could!

This place and the hosts were great. We originally thought we had the whole house to ourselves but it was more of individual rooms within the house which was okay. Great area with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby (expect many stairs leading to/from the home!). The hosts were very responsive and helped us immediately with any problem we had. Overall pleasant stay!

Everything as in pictures. Super clean and tidy.Liked the freshiness and excellent aroma. Apartment had all the necessery tools and dishes to comfortably spend there whole week! And absolutely loved the view! We felt really welcomed and like home .Very clear instructions about how to find appartment, how to check in. We feel so lucky to have been able to stay at Nives apartment for our honeymoon. It’s an absolute paradise and felt like an oasis of calm despite being only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik Old Town. The hot tub and the garden (beautifully and lovingly cared for by Nives’ mother) were real highlights for us. Lying in the hot tub, watching the swallows swoop overhead as the bells of the city rang out, will forever live in our memories. The apartment itself was perfect - can’t fault a thing. So clean, and pretty and with every amenity you could possibly need. And the views! Wow!!Nives and her father, Paul, were wonderful - such friendly and responsive hosts. We felt so looked after! If you can book this place then do it - you won’t be disappointed!
