Vacation rentals with breakfast in Knox City

Mel's place was lovely, just what we needed for a wedding in the Yarra Valley with our little ones. Nice and secluded, quiet, so lovely to have breakfast items there for us for the morning too. Mel was very responsive to messages and accommodated both early check in and late check out based on our needs. The direction instructions are helpful because Google maps takes you to the wrong driveway. The bathrooms were stunning and so nice not to have to take our own linen for a change. Thanks Mel.

Lorraine is a great host and supported our needs that were arisen after our booking. She is quite approachable and kind enough to accommodate our requirements. The property was also in good shape and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

You truly feel like you’re miles away from everything, which made it incredibly easy to disconnect and recharge. The tiny house itself was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the little touches like the cozy linens, well-equipped kitchen, and the outdoor seating area — perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Our hosts were fantastic — communication was clear, check-in was seamless, and everything matched the listing exactly (if not better). If you’re looking for a quiet escape in nature without sacrificing comfort, Serenity Abode is a perfect choice.

I stayed at Kerry’s place over my wedding weekend and it was perfect! Kerry was so great at communicating and offered areas where I should get photos. The house is absolutely beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend.

Jenn is very friendly and the place is a great base to explore the local area. Our 5 year old especially loved the horses and sheep. Especially handy for the Puffing Billy train of lights

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

The setting is calm and the views are stunning. The property is surrounded by trees. Everything was right to go. Provisions for breakfast, fire stacked and spotless. Even a bottle of wine and chocolate.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter & Lyn's place. The place is very cute and private and has everything you need. Lyn ade us feel welcome straight away and told us what was around and gave us local recommendations. Warrandyte is a beautiful place and still close to the city. We would absolutely stay again should we be back in the area 😊

We loved our stay at Katri's place. The unit is in a fantastic location close to cafes, the river and walks in the state park. Katri made us feel very welcome, including some very helpful provisions on our arrival. The unit was very comfy and we all loved sitting outside on the patio, enjoying the weather and listening to all the king parrots.

Property was located in a beautiful natural setting short walk to the river and shops. The property was well presented with a tasteful and homeliness touch, with all the amenities one may need for your time away. Leora was very friendly and responsive host who accomodated the needs of her guests. Would recommend her property 👌🏻

We were looking for several places in stumble upon this Airbnb, we couldn’t be more happier and pleased with the service that was provided. The place was clean and we were very happy.

Our stay in Rob and Libby's cottage was outstanding, everything was as described, having a welcoming greeting by Rob followed by delicious afternoon tea. The supplies for breakfast were excellent, and although we were only there for one night it was a truly wonderful place to stay and relax after a day of driving. The bed was extremely comfortable also We would highly recommend Rob and Libby's for anyone wanting to explore the beautiful Dandenongs.

Carmel was the best host anyone could ever ask for. The accommodation was amazing, cosy and was perfect for our getaway. Everything was clean and each room had its beautiful artistic quirks. Each of the drawers in the bedroom and lounge area had little surprises, from books to board games. Thank you Carmel for being super awesome and we look forward to staying again when we’re back in Emerald!

Kumari & Paul are fabulous hosts who look after us really well. The accommodation in their home is spotless, spacious, comfortable, cosy and colourful. You can walk to the beautiful beach at Half Moon Bay and the Black Rock restaurants and cafes. So many reasons to stay and why we return here!

My friend and our kids had such a lovely time . Perfect space to reconnect and relax away from Warbuton nearby. Very close to Lala falls walk as well. The place was very clean and we made use of the lovely wood heater and bbq. Would go back :) Thank you

He was always available to help and even drove me around the city, helping me set up essentials and explore. What truly stood out was Barry’s generosity—he even took me for house inspections to help me find a long-term stay. When my Airbnb stay ended, he accommodated me in his attic room until my apartment was ready, which was a huge help. Barry and Parinya’s kindness, hospitality, and warmth made my stay unforgettable. Had the most amazing stay at Jan’s airbnb. The photos of the place don’t do it justice! It was so spacious and beautiful.

We had a lovely stay with Bronnie , the house is very spacious great views, a lovely big bathroom and the pool and hot tub are an added attraction. The do it yourself breakfast works well plenty of choice and a chance to mingle with other guests although when we stayed not many others were staying. Bronnie was a great host offering plenty of advise about local attractions to see and do.
