Vacation rentals with a patio in Klatovy District

The house is nearly perfectly equipped. Just like home. Until now it is the best equipped holiday home that I know. The stove/fireplace work excellently. A little beech smoke is part of it. :-) But even with the small electric heater, the house does not cool down too much in winter (during the stay it was -9 to 0 °C outside). The surroundings are very beautiful, very quiet. Maybe it is best to explore from spring to autumn, but also in winter worth a journey. The road by the houses has little traffic and is not a nuisance at all.

This place is unique in many ways. Environment-Klid. Privacy. Nature. Apartment-Naprosty clean. Cozy. Equipped with everything one can think of. The hostess is very kind, willing to give advice and answer any questions in a moment. We'd love to come back because you rarely find a place like this.

Super nice Airbnb. Furnished with a lot of love for detail. Communication with Richard was great, he responded within 5 minutes every time. Since we were there during the holiday season, the Airbnb was even decorated with Christmas decorations. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed in January for 4 nights - it was fantastic. The apartment is located in a house in a quiet and extremely idyllic location. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the Špičak ski resort, in about half an hour on the German side the Großer Arber. Directly from the property you can take wonderful walks and hikes, for example to the nearby summit Špičak or Pančir, from which you have a wonderful view. The place was clean, modernly furnished. Everything necessary is there. All in all, it was great. We recommend the place and would come back again and again. Another tip for the winter: if you don't have an all-wheel drive vehicle, you should definitely pack the snow chains. We needed them on 3/4 days.

We had a very nice weekend at Milan's house. The house offers a lot of space and especially the common area is a highlight. It is very nicely located and you can also be a little louder as a large group. I would book the house again immediately.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.
