Tästä erinomaisella paikalla sijaitsevasta kohteesta on helpot kulkuyhteydet kaikkialle. 2019 valmistunut asunto sijaitsee aivan juna-aseman ja ostoskeskuksen vieressä. Lentokentältä vain 7 minuuttia junalla ja Helsingin keskustaan puoli tuntia. Asunto sijaitsee viidennessä kerroksessa ja suurista ikkunoista avautuu pitkälle näkymät. Talossa on hissi.
