In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Nur 5,4 Kilometer vom weltbekannten Kitzbühel entfernt liegt das Haus Gästehaus Appartement Staffner zentraler ruhiger Lage in Kirchberg in Tirol. Der Standort ist im Sommer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Spazieren, Wandern, Biken, Golf, Minigolf und Schwimmen (ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit zum Badesee). Biker kommen auf unzähligen Mountain und Rennradstrecken auf ihre Kosten. 230 km Skipisten und drei Gondeln in nächster Nähe. Die Skibushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in wenige Minuten zu erreichen

Stefflhof - Charming old farmhouse, ensuite room

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!
