Vacation rentals with lake access in Kichijoji Minamicho

我們到的時候河邊上的櫻花正是盛開，超級美麗，能在房子裏看到美景。我們離開時，是落櫻的時候，風吹時差一點點就像櫻吹雪，美的不得了。 附近有很多小商店，食店也很不錯，要去市中心開車也很方便。房子沒有店停車庫，但附近的收費停車場也不貴，一整天也不到1000日元。 房子也很乾淨，沒有多餘的雜物，地點也很易意尋找，我最喜歡就是二樓的吊椅，坐在那裏看櫻花，不用跟別人搶位置，很是舒心。

IT was our second stay at Mari house. We really enjoyed the peaceful vibes around. The whole house is spacious and there is all essential stuff inside for long -term staying. The host is amazing person and very pleasant to chat. Come to visit us in Malaysia one day!

The place was a good value and everything was as described with no complaints. Wifi and air con were great, beds were very comfortable, host was very nice and helpful and accomadating. No complaints whatsoever. Area was safe, quiet, and close to subway, supermarkets, restaurants. Great stay.

Nice environment, 4 rooms, large bathroom, smaller toilet. Beautiful rooms on the first floor and on the ground floor. I recommend.

Great location, very convenient to have everything you need. The sounds of the trains didn’t bother us. And Yujing is a very responsive host. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to live like a local here!

This place is an awesome deal in a wonderful neighborhood of Tokyo. We love Tokyo and have stayed in other neighborhoods in the city, but Koto City is our new favorite. It's incredibly peaceful, and also very charming, with little bridges and parks scattered throughout. The apartment itself is great. It's compact, but is spotless and very inviting. The beds were very comfy and the shower and bathroom worked great for our family of four (2 parents and 2 kids ages 10 and 12). There are two different metro lines (Tozai and JR Keiyo) nearby, each a short walk away. Eric was very responsive to all of our requests, and allowed us to mail our pocket wifi ahead of our arrival, which we really appreciated. This place is an incredible deal for Tokyo. The only issue to be aware of is what other reviewers have mentioned: there are three step flights of stairs to reach the apartment. But we had large suitcases and managed it without any problems. I highly recommend staying here!

Assez grand logement avec tout ce qu'il faut. La cuisine est correcte et utilisable malgré le fait qu'il manque peut être quelques ustensiles. Niveau chambre, le lit est confortable mais est aussi un peu fragile. Il y a aussi un grand bureau. Le quartier assez calme mais proche d'un passage de train et d'une école. Le logement convient pour les long séjours si vous vous habituez au train et sons d'école.

This is easily one of my most favorite neighborhoods in the area and the accommodations were amazing! The home was clean and beautiful! Fantastic blend of traditional and modern. Great area that puts you within walking distance of Asakusa, while being on the quiet side of the Sumida River. Top notch all the way around!

Très beau logement à côté de la gare, le rapport qualité prix est excellent, tout y est mis à disposition. Nous étions 2 avec une chambre séparé. Il y a même Netflix sur la télé et un Konbini juste à côté pour faire vos achats. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui est très fidèle au Japon.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was clean and tidy. The tatami living area was a pleasant surprise, giving us an authentic taste of Japanese living space. A full-length mirror would be a nice addition for future guests. The only drawback is no elevator and a narrow staircase, making large suitcases tricky to carry up and down. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Oshiage (押上) station and the nearest convenience store. If you need a subway right at your door, this might not be ideal, but we found the walk easy. Traveling to Narita or Haneda airports was very convenient with direct trains, but reaching central Tokyo or other major areas requires transfers. The highlight was seeing Tokyo Skytree as soon as you open the door—that view never got old. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, making for a relaxing stay. Overall, we highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, chill atmosphere, and amazing Skytree view.
