Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kichijōji

The location was great. It was a close walk to the train station and Nakano Broadway, but also felt removed from those busy areas in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and filled with useful toiletry items. Yasuyo was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

I really like this place. At first, I thought it might be a little far, but the public transportation is very convenient. The host is very nice and attentive. If I have the opportunity to come to Japan, I will definitely choose this place!!!

Had a great stay here! It’s a bit outside of the center of the city, but it’s a nice clean space, with good AC, three comfortable beds, and a kitchen as well. The bus stop is right across the street, which will take you to several major train stations to get closer into the city. Great stay if you don’t want to be right in the thick of it. A great value all around and perfect for three guests.

In a beautiful, quiet location. So easy to navigate and had many places to eat around it. The train station was a quick walk and we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to this place after our long days of adventuring. The room was spacious, the bed was cozy, and being able to do laundry was so helpful. I cannot say enough great things about our stay here, my only regret was not staying longer. We will definitely be booking this again when we come back to Japan.

I highly recommend it! The service is so thoughtful, and the facilities in the room are really well prepared. It was really perfect for someone like me who often goes on impromptu trips because they thoughtfully prepared toothpaste, laundry capsules, and even a disposable bathtub cover! Towels and face towels are provided as disposables, but I liked them even more because they were hygienic. If you need a regular towel, please tell the host and they will prepare it right away~ The host responded almost immediately when I contacted them, and they kindly recommended a nearby hidden restaurant! I arrived early, and they stored my luggage for free, and when I came back in the evening, the room was already well organized. I'm really impressed. The weather was nice yesterday, so I was able to see Mt. Fuji from the rooftop. It was🗻 a complete end to the day!

The location of the place is awesome - very near the Nakano train station, convenience stores, Broadway and restaurants. Instructions for checking in is clear. Room is clean. Washer and drier available!

The perfect place to stay when visiting Tokyo! Koji and his family were very accommodating, even being flexible with our check in time. They gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and things to avoid for our trip. I have not met a better host when using Airbnb, I highly recommend booking this Airbnb when visiting Japan :)

This is a simple, clean comfortable place near the metro station with great connections to the heart of Tokyo. The place is very clean and comfortable and has all amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. A complimentary pocket wi fi device to use in the city was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend this place.

A quiet and curated haven to return too after the hustle & bustle of central Tokyo. Less than 5 min walk to the subway, two stops from Shibuya, three to Harajuku, four to Shinjuku. Could not have been better for all we planned on the west side of Tokyo.

I was worried about my first long trip with my one-year-old son, but from the time of booking, she communicated in detail, and I was able to use it with great peace of mind. They were also present at check-in, helped us carry the stroller, and carefully explained the facilities. Thank you for your kindness in preparing the baby bed and even wiping the buttocks. My son also played a lot with Ghibli's stuffed animals, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was a lovely space to use again! Thank you again for everything.

Amazing house! Everything was arranged perfectly. House is very clean and near to the station which link you directly to most popular places so easily! Also the host was very helpful whenever needed and polite . Definitely i will consider it for my next coming to Tokyo!!👍🏻👍🏻

After long days walking around Tokyo, coming back to Yoko's place felt just like home. I appreciated the comfy beds, multiple bathrooms, laundry and cookware. A short walk to the station was very convenient. If you like coffee, Daily Coffee Stand near Nogota station/a 10 minute walk from the air bnb was the best coffee I had in Japan. Communication with Yoko was quick and easy. Overall, I loved my stay and would highly recommend.

We stayed at Emi’s place with 4 adults and 2 kids, and it was very comfortable. Easy to find, close to the station- manageable with kids and luggage. We liked the area- lots of bars and alley ways/streets to explore. Very clean place with everything we needed. Emi was quick to respond- great communication.

I was afraid we wouldn’t find accommodations for a group of 12 but Ethan’s place was so great! It had all we needed including amenities. It was close to restaurants and bars and lots of vintage shops. And a short walk to the train. We would stay again.

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

The whole room was clean and the bed and shower room were also clean. I was relieved that the dishes and microwave were clean. I'd love to stay again when I come to Tokyo.Thank you very much.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

This is a vibrant area, with so many great cafes, shops etc and easy to get to other parts of Tokyo by train. The apartment has everything you need, very generous hosts. Easy checkin and good communication.

We had a big group and we needed at least 5 beds, we wanted to be close to Shibuya and other attractions, and we wanted it to be cheap. That's what we got. It's close to the subway and clean. Great deal.
