Very nice appartment, clean, nice view, very good location- just cross the street and you are at Asiatique with plenty of restaurants. It is basically a hotel, so you have a reception, someone to help you with the luggage and laundry service. It can be a bit noisy during the night due to the proximity to the street.

I enjoyed my stay so much that i prolonged my booking for 2 times in a row 😃

Very nicely furnished apartment in great location. Excellent internet and working space for remote work. A few excellent and affordable restaurants nearby and only about 10 minutes walk to Lumpini MRT station. Overall, highly recommend. 5 stars! Unbeatable value for the money at about $200 per week (for one month rental). Minor complaints: towels are made from some kind of fast drying synthetic material that has a bad odor. Would much prefer normal cotton towels. Bed is good but of the very firmest variety. I had to order a mattress topper online. The first one I ordered wasn't good but eventually found one that worked for about 1500 Baht. Pillows were too big for me to use. I used one of the smaller pillows from the sofa which worked okay. Overall, still would give it a 5-star rating for the price.

Great location close to Lumphini park, shopping and transportation. Comfortable and clean room.

The place was good. A shower's picture somehow doesn't fit 100% (the shower's door was replaced, but it's fine anyway). Only noise is an elevator)

The place is located with a lot of local eateries and around 8min walk to the nearest BTS station. The owner changed us to a different room but gave us a reasonable discount. They are very responsive and accommodating. Breakfast is good. Definitely recommendable.

Ken’s place was perfect for me. It’s a little far from central Bangkok, but a short walk to the sky train. The market across the street is amazing for enjoying authentic Thai food. The bed is large and comfortable. The room had working wifi and AC. The building has laundry machines available. Very convenient. Surprisingly this was one of the quietest places I’ve stayed in East Asia! Very peaceful. If you’re looking for a place to live among the locals, I recommend staying here

The heart of Chinatown, very close to the subway and a good connection to the center, getting around is extremely easy. The room itself was modest, clean and had everything we needed, efficient air conditioning, fresh water and coffee in the room. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

This apartment was our first stop in Bangkok after flying in from Europe. We were quite tired when we arrived and were so happy to arrive in such a friendly neighborhood and that the check in went so smoothly. We did not miss anything in this apartment, it had everything to make you feel at home. Apart from the apartment, the quarter Talat Phlu is a real gem. We loved the food that the street shops and markets offered and felt very safe and comfortable. We can only recommend this place. Thank you for the great service.

Had a great 8-day stay here! The location is amazing — right near everything in Silom but still nice and quiet. The space is beautifully remodeled inside an older building, and the cozy common area on the first floor was a nice bonus. Fast wifi too! Only thing to note: the pillows were a bit firm for my taste. Overall, a really comfortable spot!

A clean and cosy space with quirky interiors. Good location too. In a peaceful, quiet lane, and yet a short stroll away from the main road where restaurants, bars and massage parlours are located. Met the host Jeff briefly, who was cheerful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in Bangkok.

The husband and wife are super nice, help us with luggage, give us mango food in the morning, and show us around her studio, home and shop.The accommodation is tasteful and fragrant!Very clean! Great water pressure too!All in all a very good experience!!!!The boss took care of us like my sister had a warm and wonderful experience!

Pairin and her family were extremely helpful, communicative and accommodating. The price for the room is very reasonable considering the location (which is central) - just bear in mind that it’s an older building and the surrounding area will reflect that. But all amenities and the room itself were incredibly clean, fresh smelling and well kept. She even helped arrange to keep our luggage safe for a bit before it was time to head to the airport. Clean room and great location.

The place was wonderful for the most part. The host was very kind and responsive. I think the outside patio could use some furniture and the walls can be repainted, but other than that, the apartment was great!

Super comfy and clean apartment in one of the best neighboorhoods in Bangkok. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need. Large pool on the roof, well-equipped gym and even a sauna. Incredible view of the city from the roof. The metro is only a 10 min walk away. Lots of restaurants, cafés and bars closeby. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing host, gave me plenty of recommendations to explore the area. Great front desk staff. Pleasant and friendly. Laundry in the lobby floor has wash and dryer! 40 thb wash and 40 Thb dry. Easy. Friendly security guard too. Flexible with check-out. Thank you

I stayed here for a full month and enjoyed my stay. I am very easy to impress and I hardly complain about issues. The area is great and there's a 7/11 within walking distance. RCA alley is super close. The security guards at TC Green are very nice and helpful. Kelly was very nice when I was able to contact her. Some helpful tips: contact the host before check-in as the instructions are incorrect. I think it is a nice apartment, but I also think it is overpriced, therefore maybe the value isn't worth it. The listing is accurate, so I knew ahead of time there was no kitchen, no kitchenware, and no free parking (also there isn't shower towels). There's just many other Bangkok apartments that offer all those things at the same price. Other than the value, I am satisfied with my stay.

clean, modern, with everything you need and the host was very friendly. I really liked having the proper desk where I could work remotely from, washing machine on the balcony, big fridge and very good bed and bathroom! the pool was really nice and refreshing. I used it 4-5 times and it was always empty. 7-11 downstairs. MRT 50 meters away. tao poon Market 200 meters away, a nice mall with plenty of restaurants 10 minutes away. I would stay again!
