Vacation rentals with beach access in Khánh Hòa

Super responsive and nice host. I like arrangement of br and kitchen and dining areas which are separated. Safety and privacy are great too as only you are allowed to your floor. Highly recommended if you go with a small group or family and enjoy cooking.

Ich habe fast 6 Wochen in Hahnie's Apartment im Gold Coast Nord Gebäude gewohnt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aus der 34. Etage aufs Meer ist grandios. Auf dem Balkon hat man das Gefühl man sitzt auf einem Logenplatz über dem Meer. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. TV und WiFi haben tadellos funktioniert. In der Küche lassen sich kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Sogar die wichtigsten Gewürze und Tees standen bereit. Im 3. und 4. Stock des Südgebäudes befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, wo man alles nötige bekommt. Da es vom Nordgebäude aus keinen direkten Zugang zu dem Supermarkt gibt, hat Hahnie dafür gesorgt, dass mir die schweren 20 Liter Wasserflaschen regelmäßig geliefert wurden. Die Lage des Apartments ist optimal, nicht direkt im trubeligen Zentrum, aber man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Ich kann das Apartment auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Super stanovanje vendar potrebno malo vzdrževanja. Predvsem balkon in zarjavela ograja.

Жилье точно соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Отличное расположение, до автобусной остановки 5 минут, рядом магазины, кафе, аптеки и парикмахерские, все что может понадобиться в 5 минутах ходьбы. Так же владелец продает отличные вафли с топингами по доступной цене. Во дворе есть общая стиральная и сушильная машины. Лестница немного крутая, но к этому быстро привыкаешь. Ремонт свежий, все чисто и удобно. На момент когда мы заселились ещё немного не хватало некоторый бытовых вещей для удобства, но все можно докупить и думаю что все это в номере уже есть. Владелец очень отзывчивый и внимательный, на сообщения отвечает в течении 10 минут, иногда сразу, это очень приятно. Рекомендую к бронированию.

장기간 머물기 좋은 컨디션 어딜가도 좋은 위치 얼리체크인이 가능했고 벌레도 없고 수압도좋고 냉장고도 좋았음 에어컨 빵빵 세탁용이 건조대도 있음 그러나 티비와와이파이가 좋지 않아서 중간에 방을 바꿨음 문제가 생겨도 의사소통이 매우빠름에 편했음

An honest listing that was accurate as the photo. The home was clean, organized, and cutely decorated to feel at home. The view was nice and the location is walkable to the northern end of the beach. It was a quick walk to the local market, Cho Dam. I would return to this home if I visit Nha Trang again.

Vị trí tốt, trung tâm nhưng không quá ồn ào. Đi bộ khoảng 100m ra biển. Phòng rộng rãi sạch sẽ. Ưu điểm nổi bật là tầm nhìn ra biển rất rộng và rất đẹp. Có dọn phòng và thay khăn tắm miễn phí nhưng chỉ làm khi bạn yêu cầu. Liên lạc với chủ nhà nhanh chóng và hữu ích. Lần sau khi đến Nha Trang tôi muốn ở tại căn hộ này.

Han's place is great. We felt right at home. The room is spacious, good bedding, clean and good view. The resort is not in the city center but it's a beach front resort and so peaceful here. We enjoyed the beautiful beach a lot. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.. We definitely will stay at Han's place again when we are in Cam Ranh. Recommend it

Very happy with our host and the resort!

The place was as it was described. The help took care of a lot of things. It was a really nice stay. We came as a group of 9 and really enjoyed the place.

Арендовав это жилье, вы получите красиво обставленный частный дом на окраине Нячанга в окружении завораживающих видов, дружелюбных соседей и с банановым деревом на заднем дворе. Хозяйка Tien и её мама дружелюбны и отзывчивы, готовы помочь со всем необходимым по запросу. При желании у них же можно арендовать байк, что очень удобно. В округе полно кофеен и мест, где можно поесть традиционную вьетнамскую еду. В 5-10 минут езды северный пляж, рынки и магазины. Также рядом расположен буддийский храм и несколько горных пиков, на которые можно совершить пеший подъем. Я советую это место для длительной аренды в Нячанге, если вы любите природу, уединение и не боитесь немного живности, вроде соседских собак или периодически попадающих в дом насекомых и ящериц.

Отличная вилла, все как на фото, было приятным дополнением уборка раз в два дня со сменой постельного и смена полотенец каждый день! Территория красивая, везде цветут цветы! Море шикарное, пляж огромный и общий бассейн! Кухня в ресторанах отличная, коктейли алкогольные не очень! Из минусов было, что выгоняют из моря в 18 вечера и не разрешают купаться и общие бассейны тоже работают до 18, но есть отличный бассейн на вилле, поэтому для нас это было отличным решением! Супермаркеты большие находятся в 30 минутах, маленькие в 17 минутах на такси, заказать такси не проблема, цены отличные! Если вы заказываете питание в комплексе - там выбор огромный шведского стола и все очень вкусно! Из минусов - как и везде в Азии много тараканов, у нас тоже были на вилле, ребята их потратили и мы находили их изредка уже в мертвом состоянии, за что отдельное спасибо хозяйке виллы! Я искренне вам рекомендую вам эту виллу и комплекс, мы отлично отдохнули и насладились морем, приезжайте!

완전 시내가 아닌 담시장 근처라 저녁때 조용해서 오히려 좋았어요. 룸4개 화장실3개라 가족들이 함께 가기에 더 좋았습니다. 다만 1층에는 방이 없고 계단이 좁고 가파른 편이라 나이드신 어르신들과 함께 가기엔 좀 어려울 것 같아요 그럼에도 컨디션 좋은 매트리스와 빵빵한 에어컨, 깔끔한 시설 등 좋은 부분이 훨씬 많아서 다음에도 나트랑 오면 또 이용할 것 같아요:)

We had a great 4 nights at the apartment. Check in was super easy and friendly. Communication from Hang was great. The apartment is attached to the hotel and staff here are all wonderful. Very respectful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble…..we asked for extra towels and they were brought up immediately and the apartment was serviced daily). The breakfast provided was a bonus too, thanks to Hang. The views from the apartment were awesome and the location was perfect. Right across from the beach which was busy at times but very well maintained and clean, and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend.

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

I had a wonderful stay ay Ninh's apartment in Nha Trang! It's located right in the city center so all of the cafes, bars and restaurants are just a stone's throw away. The beach can also be reached within a 5 minute walk. The most unique thing about staying here though, it that you'll get to feel like part of the family. I would practice Vietnamese phrases with Ninh every day when we would see each other in passing. On my last day, I had long conversation over tea with her husband using translator apps and our limited knowledge of each other's mother tongues. I even made friends with other tenants staying in the building because of the close family atmosphere!

Excellent apartment. It was our home for a month and it was very enjoyable. Location was perfect . Very central to everything and minutes from beach. The balcony has sea views which were amazing. Some minor problems were rectified quickly by the host. Very nice pool as well. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.

Với tư cách là host, mình muốn trải nghiệm service của nhiều host để giao lưu chia sẻ kinh nghiệm. Căn hộ của Rich tại vị trí siêu trung tâm, chất lượng khá ổn so với đơn giá. Mình khuyến khích mọi người trải nghiệm nhé.

Jun is a very helpful host. Good communicator and helped us arranged a ride back to the airport. We really appreciated his support. Overall the accommodation matched the description. It is in a good location and worth the money you pay for it

We had a wonderful stay at Gin’s apartment and would gladly return in the future! The place is very cozy, well-equipped with everything you might need, and has an absolutely stunning view from the window. It’s located in a great complex with shops, restaurants, fruit stands, and even a local market with exotic goods not far away. We were sad to leave, but we’ll definitely come back to visit Gin again!

Good place, the owner is always in touch, clean, cozy. Of the minuses: the Internet often disappears for a few seconds, but in general it works well, there is no clothes dryer, hand soap. Otherwise, I did not hear the noise of the neighbors, a beautiful view from the balcony, many establishments nearby. + you can leave your car or moped in the underground parking.
