Small cozy apartment for 2 persons with TV and Wi-Fi. Located in the city center of Rostock, near the University of Rostock Philosophical Faculty, Medical Chamber of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the evening gymnasium Rostock. Only 450 m (about 7 min. by foot) from Rostock Central Station. Within walking distance are an Edeka (250 m), the Cafe Paula (80 m) where you can also have breakfast. There is a bike room in the house.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.

Studio in the attic

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Linden Park. University, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy district of KTV.
