Fantastic little gem hidden in the outskirts of Jurmala. Private yard, spacious house and of course a very nice Sauna and well maintained garden!

Lieliska vieta kur pavadīt brīvdienas kopā ar ģimeni. Namiņā atrodams viss nepieciciešamais gan maltītes pagatavošanai, gan atpūtai. Sakopts īpašums, kurā var justies kā mājās. Īpaša pievienotā vērtība pirtiņai un kubulam tieši pie dīķa. Paldies saimniekiem!

Agita was very welcoming, giving me some fruit and veg she'd just picked from her garden, and helped me out with the Jurmala fee - you need to pay to pass through Jurmala which will be an unexpected thing for most people. It was a stop-off point for me for a night, so I can't really say how it works if you're exploring Jurmala.

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

Mēs pavadījām brīnišķīgu laiku šajā viesu mājā! Gan pati māja, gan apkārtne mūs patīkami pārsteidza – ļoti mājīga, tīra un ērta vide, kur baudīt mieru un atpūtu. Apkārtnē ir daudz skaistu vietu pastaigām un dabas baudīšanai, kas padarīja mūsu uzturēšanos vēl īpašāku. Īpašs paldies viesu mājas saimniekiem par sirsnīgo uzņemšanu un lielisko komunikāciju – viss tika nodrošināts, lai mēs justos ērti un gaidīti. Mēs noteikti atgriezīsimies un iesakām šo vietu arī citiem, kas vēlas patīkamu un relaksējošu atpūtu!

House was perfect for us. Fence around The yard was great for a dog. Shared yard wasnt problem, yard is big and very beautiful. We used grill outside and had some cucumber from garden. Beach is near and extremly beautiful. Houst was really friendly and house as descripted. Love to come again.

perfect location for Old Town, super clean. washing machine works😀…a rental rarity. Veronica had all the answers we needed. the private courtyard inside another courtyard was classic and beautiful. we’d stay here again for sure!

A perfect place to stay when visiting Riga. A great location that allows you to walk to the old town while being in a peaceful area at night. Loved the location, opposite a pretty park, nice cafes nearby and easy to get to by bus from airport. Walking distance to the train station too. We did not find it noisy at all! It’s a lovely part of the city to stay, felt very safe. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the hosting was superb. Well equipped and thoughtful decorations. We would certainly return!

Very nice accomondation, helpful owner, great location easy to walk around, clean place

Ivetas place was perfect. It felt super luxurious but was very affordable! It was a great location - walking distance from most places or at least a quick 'bolt' scooter! The flat was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We cooked dinner in one night and the kitchen was so well equipped. The communication was great, clear check in details and recommendations of things to do. We didn't stay long enough - will have to come back!

Vi hadde helt nydelige dager i leiligheten til Elina. Hele komplekset der leiligheten ligger er veldig flott og luksuriøst. Bad, stue, kjøkken og balkong er utrolig flotte, med vakre møbler og topp standard. Til og med på badet var luksuriøse såper, shampoo og balsam - og stor håndklær. Ren luksus fra start til slutt. Vi fikk veldig god hjelp av verten til å finne the finest dining i Riga. I første etasje ligger en veldig flott frokostrestaurant, Mimosa som vi fikk anbefalt av verten. Vi kunne ikke fått en bedre leilighet og bedre vert.

Overall the stay was really good, the terrace was an interesting addition, and the place very clean and good location. Definitely would recommend.

Great place - quiet and maintained well, stayed for a few days. Tram station right outside. Supermarket and cafe nearby.

The apartment was in a good location which felt safe and was well served by all amenities. It was immaculately clean and tidy and had everything you needed to self cater if that is what you wanted to do. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. WiFi was reliable. Rita was the perfect Airbnb host, always quick to respond to messages, very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment if you are planning a visit to Riga.

Good quiet location in Old Town. Flat attractive- after climbing 3 flights of stairs. Good terrace with sun.

We hebben een heerlijke week achter de rug in het fijne, ruime en gezellige appartement van Ilze. En niet te vergeten in de mooie stad Riga!

Die Wohnung von Martin ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und beschrieben. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden und sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen um die Altstadt und auch den Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. Martin war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell, freundlich und hilfreich reagiert. Wir würden immer wieder zurückkehren und können Martin als Gastgeber und seine Wohnung nur empfehlen.

I’ve stayed at many places and I’m quite confident that this was one of the best. It’s perfectly equipped, has a pleasant smell, it’s absolutely quiet, has a comfortable bed and is beautifully furnished. On top of that Guntar and Ivars are very attentive and friendly hosts. They had filled the fridge with sweets, champagne, beer and water and made a late check-out possible. It was a perfect stay and I would always come back! Thank you Guntar and Ivars!

We really enjoyed staying at Martins’ apartment as a family of four. It served us perfectly and was very spacious, clean, and located in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Martins was a very warm and welcoming host. We had a few requests during our stay, and he accommodated them quickly and kindly. One of us even had an urgent dental emergency, and Martins promptly provided 3 local possibilities for dental clinics to visit. He was always responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his place to anyone visiting the area.

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je prends ce logement et je dois dire qu’il est tout simplement idéal pour une quiétude optimale (notamment avec son très joli jardin mis à disposition). L’appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et bien illuminé naturellement. On a vraiment l’impression d’être chez soi, en privé. L’appartement ne serait rien sans son hôte, Anna, qui est non seulement très réactive mais aussi proactive avec que des bons conseils et d’excellentes suggestions. Bref, je ne peux que recommander ce logement.
