It was the second time I used it, and this time, both adults and children had the best time! The bath was clean and there were some power-ups, so it was easy to use. They were also helpful in responding to questions on the day.Thank you!

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Quiet neighborhood. Going to or from station is easier if you pass through VivaHome instead of going out to West Exit of the train station. Lots of restaurant near the station. Nearest convenience store is about 350m. Lots of essential supplies in the apartment.

We traveled in Japan as a family with two adult children and had a great stay at this property. Everything was well-organized, and each of us had our own independent room, which was perfect for comfort and privacy. The house had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was also excellent — quiet and convenient, with shops and stores just a short walk away. Highly recommend for families or small groups!

Ro, the Host, and his team are really super friendly and considerate ~ They respond quickly and carefully🫶 The house is very clean and tidy, fully equipped, and very comfortable to stay in, especially the bed, 1 toilet upstairs and downstairs, convenient! The surrounding area is also very convenient, there are supermarkets and 7-11 convenience stores near Banqiao Hontown Station, and the house is very close to the subway station, which is very convenient. This stay was really great due to personal time arrangements, although it was a short stay, I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Tokyo!Highly recommend for everyone ~

Yuki's home is perfect for a small family or small group. Amenities are complete and it is near grocery and convenience store. It is located in a residential area so it is quiet and less people to encounter with. The only downside I had in my stay is that, the place is a bit far from tourist attractions in Tokyo (usually 1 hour travel time back and forth by train) so you really have to plan ahead your itinerary for the day. Yuki is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us Yuki!

The house was excellent for the needs of our group and was very comfortable and large (Please keep in mind that this is still a traditional Japanese-sized house, so this statement should be understood from that lens and not from some Western understandings of large). The house was quite close to the station on the Mita line (Nishi-Sugamo) and a longer walk but still doable to Itabashi station. The amenities were great, and the bathroom downstairs with shower upstairs was critical for a larger group. We found the kitchen and options great and enjoyed resting in the living room and dining room.

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

Very traditional old-school tiny Tokyo house. Clean. Fully equipped, including kitchen, washing machine and a balcony. Location is convenient, few stops from Yamanote line. Good and cheap supermarket nearby and lots of places to eat around Oji station. A host is easy to communicate and helpful - we asked for an iron and he supplied it. I liked the overall feeling, but be prepared for a very basic standard: no tatami room, steep stairs, bare-bones kitchen utensils. Note for westerners: no regular chairs nor table! Very narrow bed.

This place was perfect and the hosts were so reliably communicative and helpful! We loved - and there was exactly what we needed very close by.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was one of the best places at which we have stayed. It is newly constructed, spotless, spacious and in a very convenient location (a short walk to the train station and several restaurants!). The house is stocked with any amenity you think you would have needed. The rooms are spacious and bright. The hosts are extremely responsive and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities and shopping. They were able to accommodate our elderly parents and newborn child. They even greeted us at our arrival. This stay really made our trip memorable and we would recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

This was a great house in the middle of Kita. It allowed us to be within 10-20 minutes of either station. It had convenience stores nearby for easy food access and it was nice and peaceful.

The house is fantastic—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even lending us a transformer and allow us to take it with us to Osaka! I highly recommend this property!
