Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

The house was very nice and everything you needed was to be found, the parents who welcomed us were friendly and you could communicate well after a week towels and bed linen were brought fresh we found that very good. All in all, it was a great stay. To get to the adjacent town of Porec you need about 15 minutes by car. In the village of Labinci itself there are two small shops and a small pharmacy as well as two restaurants. There is nothing else offered there, which is why you have to do a lot by car even if you want to go to the sea. But the pool in the house was big enough and a daily cooling. We were very satisfied overall.

The villa is beautiful and big. Outside you can spend many nice hours together by the pool. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful. All in all great!

We had a great Easter vacation with a child and a dog in Villa Alma. Alma and Tiana and her husband welcomed us personally and very warmly with Istrian specialties and an Easter basket for our son - thank you again, we felt very welcome :-) The villa and garden are very well maintained and really beautifully landscaped. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the bathrooms are all modern and the beds very cozy. The location is perfect, there are shopping and dining options right in the village, everything within walking distance. The coast can be reached within minutes by car. Also, thanks for the nice farewell including homemade specialties!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.

Exceptionally well-kept apartment and a kind host and a first-class swimming pool. I recommend to everyone 🙂

We were 2 families, 4 & 6 people. The house is perfect for this as it has 2 separate living units. We were warmly welcomed. There was a delicious homemade cake in the house as well as fresh fruit for us. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The children had a lot of fun in the pool. The covered terrace with an outside kitchen even has a small refrigerator and was perfect so we could all eat together. In the village itself there are very good restaurants and a grocery store with its own bakery and butcher. And you can quickly reach the beach in Porec by car. I was very positively surprised when a delicious home-baked cake was personally brought to me for my birthday. All in all we had a very nice holiday!! Thank you!!

Super comfortable, quiet place to stay! Tidy, clean, spacious! There's also an excellent terrace where it's nice to sit out in the evening! The host is very kind and helpful, and his family:) I can only recommend the accommodation to everyone!

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.
