Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Bright nature by the forest & metro!

Very good location with the Nacka Reserve just around the corner, a 3 minute walk to Kärrtorp city center, subway and a minute to Kärrtorps Idrottsplats. Nice 3rd at the top of the house. Wake up to birds chirping from the forest and enjoy the evening sun on the large balcony in the southwest! Kitchen with new appliances and seats 4-6 people Two equal bedrooms; one with a bunk bed and the other has luxurious and comfortable double bed (180 cm). Walking distance 15 minutes to the swimming lake Söderbysjön, golf course and Hellasgården.

Townhouse close to city centre, room for 8!

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Huset ligger nära tunnelbanestationen Sandborg vars gröna linje tar dig in till city på väldigt kort tid. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område som kallas ”Kärringstan” eftersom gatorna är uppkallade efter kända kvinnor. Det går bra att hyra sängkläder och boka slutstädning, om du inte vill städa själv.
