Slap af i dette hyggelige sommerhus, kun 300 meter fra en fantastisk strand. Huset har indhegnet have med terrasser mod syd, øst og vest. Der er også skov tæt på samt Solrød Centret med butikker og caféer samt station med hurtigt tog til København. Der er cykelrute hele vejen ind til København. Parkering har plads til flere biler og campingvogn. Dejlig lejlighed på 64 kvm. i større hus med egen indgang. Gratis parkering ved huset. Dejlig stor udestue der hører til lejligheden, lille køkken eget badeværelse og eget soveværelse. Helt ny luksus seng fra auping 160 cm bred. Lejligheden ligger tæt på havnen, 700 m fra stationen og med folkeparken i baghaven. dejlig have som man er velkommen til at bruge. Der er gulvvarme i udestuen foruden biopejsen så hele lejligheden er lun og varm om vinteren. God rabat ved længerevarende ophold.

Annekset indeholder: 1 lille soveværelse med 1 dobbeltseng og 1 enkeltseng. 1 stue med 1 stor sofa, hvor man kan sove 1-2 personer. 1 lille tekøkken med køleskab, 2 kogeplader og mikroovn. 1 meget lille toilet, hvor der er bruser. Annekset skal sættes i stand, så det fremstår ikke super, men det fungere, og vi synes, det er hyggeligt at være derude. Vores have er “vild med vilje”, men vi har ikke helt fået den “tæmmet” endnu. (så det virker lidt rodet) Vi bor i huset ved siden af.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.
