Completely renovated cabin with lake view

Welcome to our cozy cottage in a natural and lovely environment. Here you have the forest as a neighbor and close to nice walking paths. As well as close to swimming and fishing, jetty and boat. From our large balcony on the front, you have a view of the lake and the meadows where our cows graze from spring to late autumn. This is the cottage to stay in if you want to stay in a private setting but also be close to most things. Holmsjö community is 1500 meters away. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, gas station and a nice summer cafe on our nice local island.

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Modern, and well-equipped house with panoramic westerly sea view in a tranquil and green environment. Boat equipped for fishing is included for a minimum 5 nights stay, see photos for description. The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Seaside appartment ligger vägg i vägg med värdfamiljens bostad. Här ingår sängkläder o handdukar ”bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

An impressive lake house situated beautifully looking out over lake Åsnen. The 2300sqm garden extends all the way down to the lake. 50 meters from the house is a cozy beach where you could take a swim or try to catch some fish.
