Unique 20th century villa on Hästö, a central island just outside Karlskrona. Secluded plot with patio and grill as well as trampoline and playhouse for the children. Beach five min walk from the house. Open fireplace and tiled stove. Two bedrooms inside the house plus a children's room with a crib for the smallest. On the property, there is a guest house with a double bed and a small sofa bed. Garage driveway with room for two cars and charging for electric car.

Stort hus med lyxig känsla precis vid havet i soligt sydvästläge! Njut av lugnet, ta ett dopp vid stranden precis nedanför eller tänd grillen och stanna kvar vid poolen och och låt kvällssolen värma. Ett lugnt område med många fina promenadvägar och utflyktsmål i närheten. Lockar staden så ligger boendet ca 15 minuter med bil från Karlskrona city.
