Vacation dream all year round

Nice, large, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher with adjoining living room where white tiled stove spreads a high coziness factor. In the large garden, there are old apple trees, lilacs and rhododendrons. This grove contains many different environments, including a fireplace in a birch grove, a large lawn for activities and a children's swing & hammock attached to trees. A peaceful place with fields, meadows & forest groves, surrounded by old stone walls & red houses with white knots. 5 minutes to the lake, 14 minutes to the sea, 9 minutes to Laxens hus, 15 minutes to Karlshamn

Hörvik is a cozy little fishing camp with nice swimming opportunities, harbor, two restaurants, glass kiosk, lovely nature for running/walking/biking/MTB. A few hundred meters from the house there is a fully equipped gym a few meters from the sea that also offers passes every day. On the plot there is a newly built atelier of 25 m2 (fully equipped with kitchen, WC/shower and kitchenette). Three bicycles are available to borrow. High chair, cot and barbecue area are available on site.

With Mörrumsån as a neighbor, known for its salmon fishing and nice hiking & biking trails. Close to swimming in the lake or sea as well as to cultural life, restaurants & shopping. Take the train to Copenhagen for a day or just enjoy a cup of coffee in the garden. The house is located in the countryside just north of Mörrum and has a patio at the back of the house with sun most of the day and evening. Warm welcome!
