Vacation rentals in Kardamitsia

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. This is the perfect place from which to explore and enjoy the beautiful nature around Pramanta. We stayed there as a family of 4 and found Elli's place to be comfortable, clean and with everything we needed. Elli and Georgio are very responsive and welcoming hosts, who were very happy to answer our questions. Unfortunately due to construction in the area the water pressure in the shower was affected while we were there, but other than that, the place was amazing and we whole-heartedly recommend it. We really enjoyed our time in this special place.

We had a great time. Our host provided helpful directions and very good recommendations about the area and our fun! The house is in a perfect spot for not using a vehicle and being all next door! Finally, the house sparkled with cleanliness and had everything needed for a short getaway!!!

The house was on the 2nd floor where you climb with stairs there is no elevator, this didn't bother us though! The house was just like the photos! The sheets and towels smelled clean, and my favorite had a heater to warm up at night! It also has a very nice big balcony with a table to sit outside. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no new kitchen sponge. However, if I visit Ioannina again I will choose the same house which is just 9 minutes drive from the center!! I recommend it!

beautiful, special, tiny charming house in great nature. We and our two daughters really liked it. Especially the fire place in the colder evenings was so cosy. Great place to explore nearby Zagori and do lots of hiking.

Great room, next to everything and at the same time quiet ! Sparkling clean and I didn't miss anything! Erika is very helpful and helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

This was our second time at this wonderful place and for sure not our last, we will be back! The view is amazing and the sound of the goats with their bells while you watch the sunset will never be better. Vasilis is super friendly, so don’t hesitate and book this amazing place!

Cheerful space, with a nice view. Easy access to it and very close to the center. Very good communication with Despoina. I'll definitely go for it at a future visit.
