My family stayed for about a month. This is a very unique villa in Bujumbura (in it's design & arrangement). It is very well ventilated and with much natural light (large windows and glass sliding doors). We very much liked the location: in a cul-de-sac street, extremely quiet, surrounded with tall trees. It feels very private indeed, though not far from the main street and city center. The only thing the host will need to replace/refresh is some old items, but nothing major. We will happily book it again, and would recommend. Thanks, Eloge.

An entrance pathway leads up to the house, framed by lush greenery and adorned with vibrant plants. The building features stone steps and a spacious terrace with seating, inviting guests to relax while enjoying the surrounding views.

PREMIUM CAPITAL VIEW

The place was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Master Audry was responsive when communicating with him. He had a serviceman that was always near. Only problem, was the location was a bit far from the down town city area. With the fuel shortage, it can be difficult to lactate vehicles. Perhaps, Audry can find a driver for the guest if possible, to help alleviate the issue. I only add that as a suggestion, it wasn’t a deal breaker for the spot. Nonetheless, a very nice compared to the area.

Very nice and spacious house. Plenty of rooms for the family. And the gentleman that look after the house was very generous and helpful and so was our host Charles. Much thanks.
