Very nice and comfortable place with a fabulous view. Very kind, helpful, communicative and proactive host. Roberto helped us to rent a small boat to explore the local islands and we spent half a day in the sea all week, fishing and watching the dolphins, it was fantastic…Mytikas is a very compact, authentic and cosy place to experience. Recommended! We’ll come back!

A perfect, quiet location , kind hosts, and amazing little neighborhood. We happened to meet some of the neighbors and they were friendly and helpful. We will come again.

We stayed for a week and had a great holiday! The communication with Thomas was very smooth. The check in process was quick and even earlier than first planned. The apartment matches with the photos and description. Everything was squeaky clean. The view from the balcony overlooking the see was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is great. There is a supermarket close by and a great bakery. Also, the restaurants and beach are in walking distance. Thank you, Thomas!

Very nice apartment , quiet place and comfortable. Prime location, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket, and KTMs. The host was very friendly and professional with an immediate response time. One thing we didn't like was the weak water flow in the shower, but the host promised to fix it. We had a great time!!

We enjoyed a week at this lovely loft. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes to Preveza city centre, easy to get around without a car. 10 minutes to the mini market as well. The apartment had all basic necessities for us, we had breakfast in the apartment, at all other meals at restaurants. Coffeemaker was a big plus! If you’re looking for a reasonably priced accommodation close to everything this is for you. Great air conditioning, so even though the apartment is a loft, we didn’t notice the heat at all (and we stayed during the heat wave). Dimitrios was an excellent host, very easy to contact and helped us when we needed. Organised a taxi from the airport for us as well. This is a normal apartment, so no five star luxury, but absolutely great for people wanting to relax, be close to the beach and enjoy the lovely town of Preveza. We would come again without a shadow of a doubt :)

Sehr schöne Pool Anlage, ca. 3km von Agios Nikitas. Sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Villa mit allen Ausstattungen, die es braucht. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich!

Heerlijke accommodatie met ruim terras en heel dichtbij zee! We hebben genoten van de rustige sfeer in het dorpje en de fijne koffietentjes en restaurants. Dank Maria, voor het prettige contact. We waren erg blij dat we op de dag van aankomst eerder konden inchecken en op de dag van vertrek langer in het appartement konden blijven, omdat onze vlucht naar huis pas laat in de avond vertrok. We komen graag nog eens terug naar deze bijzondere plek!

Ein wirklich besonderer Ort direkt am Meer mit eigenem Privatstrand – komplett eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Morgens den Kaffee auf dem Steg zu trinken, war ein echtes Highlight. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir waren zu zweit dort, aber es wäre problemlos auch für sechs Personen geeignet – mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und stets der Möglichkeit, natürlichen Schatten zu finden. Wir waren rundum begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a lovely time at Theodora’s house. Both she and her husband were very kind and offered us fresh fruits, eggs and other treats that made us feel like home. Vrachos beach is a large beach and the sea was great. Moreover it is at a walking distance from the house, which made our stay with the kids there even easier. I would totally recommend Theodora’s house to anyone who would like to have some peaceful time by the sea and enjoy swimming.

η διαμονη μας σε αυτο το υπεροχο σπιτι μεσα στη φυση ηταν εξαιρετικη!!!!ειναι πραγματικα η καλυτερη επιλογη για διακοπες στη πρεβεζα.το σπιτι ειναι σχεδον μεσα στη θαλασσα και γυρω του εχει μπανανιες και αβοκαντο μεσα στον τεραστιο κηπο που το περιβαλει.ενα σπιτι γεματο φως,ολα πεντακαθαρα και τακτοποιημενα μεχρι την τελευταια λεπτομερεια.αυτο ομως που πραγματικα εκανε την διαμονη μας ξεχωριστη ειναι η φιλοξενια του κ.Κωστα και της κ.Εφης.ενα ζευγαρι που θα κανει τα παντα για τους επισκεπτες του.ημασταν για διακοπες πασχα και η υποδοχη ηταν με ψησιμο και σουβλα και μια τεραστια παρεα απο φιλους τους οπου καταληξαμε να γινουμε ολοι μια παρεα.τις μερες που μειναμε το πρωι μας εφεραν αυγα φρεσκα απο τον κηπο αλλα και υπεροχες τηγανιτες(ολα φρεσκα)!!!ευχαριστουμε πολυυυυ!!!!!χαρηκαμε για την γνωριμια!!!!!να εχετε ενα υπεροχο καλοκαιρι!!!!θα τα ξαναπουμε!!!!

The stay in Mario's apartment was very pleasant. The room is very comfortable with all the necessary equipment including a kitchenette for quick meals. The location is favorable as within a few meters there are shops, bars and restaurants. Furthermore, a public beach is located very close to the apartment, only 2 minutes walk. Mario's father, a very kind person, gave me the necessary information about the beaches, restaurants and how to get around the island. I highly recommend it to everyone who knows what they are looking for.

We spend a fantastic week at Katerina's place. Her mother (who lives close by) welcomed us, make sure we had all that we needed, and showed us every possible kindness during our stay - an absolute star! We hired a boat for the week (Katerina had kindly given us a recommendation for boat hire) which we were able to keep alongside the quay in the front of the house, so everyday we simply had to open the door and jump in to start exploring the islands, go snorkelling and enjoy great food in all the local tavernas (Dimitris Taverna next to the house is fantastic). 5 stares all round - thank you very much for making our stay so special!

Christina è un host disponibile e cordiale, scrivendole su Airbnb ha sempre risposto quasi immediatamente ai nostri dubbi. La casa si presenta come in foto e descrizione, facile da raggiungere e si trova in un’ottima posizione (ci sono vicine farmacie, lidl, benzinai e taverne dove mangiare bene). A 5minuti di auto dal centro di lefkada. Ottima esperienza, Christina ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie fino a tarda serata dopo il checkout.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Ο χώρος και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι ιδανικά. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειαστούμε. Πολύ φιλικό και ζεστό κλίμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

This place is awesome . New apartments , wonderful location close to the main town but enough far from the mess and noise of Lefkada, next to a beautiful lagoon. You also have a bakery and a mini marked very near. Christina and her husband are very kind and caring . They shared a delicious cake and gave some good tips . Highly recommended !!!

Azure home was a great stay for our family. Niko was an amazing host, very flexible with what we needed and had snacks available for us upon check in. We would love to stay again in the future. The house is in a perfect location close to restaurants and the beach. Thanks again Niko for your hospitality!!!

Περάσαμε καταπληκτικές διακοπές κατά την παραμονή μας στο κατάλυμα. Το ενοικιαζόμενο στούντιο είναι από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε επισκεφθεί, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο σε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για μία άριστη διαμονή. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά σε μία τέλεια θάλασσα γεγονός που επιτρέπει να κάνουμε μία βουτιά και να επιστρέφουμε στο όμορφο μπαλκονάκι. Επίσης χαρήκαμε ιδιαιτέρως που γνωρίσαμε τον κ. Παναγιώτη. Είναι σίγουρο ότι στην επόμενη παραμονή μας στη Λευκάδα θα ξαναμείνουμε στο ίδιο μέρος.

This apartment is a great place to stay in Preveza. It’s clean, modern and very tastefully decorated. The apartment is spacious and there is a large private outdoor area. The location is very convenient, close to the waterfront and a short walk to the centre of town. Communication was excellent.

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. Having a friendly helpful host has been wonderful and made our stay really easy and relaxing ! Thanks Eri and Kiki ! The view from Our balcony is so serene - great tavernas and shops so close too The sun beds umbrellas and Kayak added you our holiday. It’s such a beautiful friendly place we would love to return !

Ένα από τα καλύτερα διαμερίσματα για φέτος. Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα με γούστο,σε ένα ιδανικό περιβάλλον.Η Σουζάνα ευγενική και διακριτική έχει φτιάξει ένα σπίτι τέλειο. Ότι και να χρειάστηκα υπήρχε μέσα στο σπίτι. Τέλος να αναφέρω ότι οι 4 ανεμιστήρες οροφής σε συνδυασμό με τα 3 air-condition έκαναν τις διακοπές μας υπέροχες και ξεκούραστες.Σιγουρα θα ξαναπάμε.
