Vacation rentals with a patio in Kalutara

We have just returned after our second stay at the villa,it is still as peaceful as ever,we thoroughly enjoyed the visiting wildlife.Domica and her family who look after the villa and gardens are very friendly and helpful and do an exceptional job .Kintoo the owner is easy to contact and replies very quickly to any communications The villa is as per description as others have stated,it is very well equipped. It is excellent value . We are in the process of arranging our next visit that is how much we love the villa and the surrounding area. Thank you Kintoo for allowing us to stay at your villa

We were now allowed to enjoy this beautiful villa for the 3rd time. Which includes excellent cuisine. The chef, Nileme, fulfilled all our requests and made and implemented great suggestions himself. It far surpasses the kitchens of the large houses on site. Lucky and akmal were the good spirits in the house and fulfilled all our requests. Thanks to the gardener, the facility was a feast for the eyes at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing place, most unique I’ve seen for true nature lovers

I booked the place for my two children and they were very satisfied. Upon request the clear instructions were given and the contact number, too. Nearby Keels Supermarket helped them many ways. The place is neat and tidy. They did not have any problem during their stay. The security person is an additional bonus. Only thing is there is a nasty dog belong to one of the neighbours and it is worth informing them to shut the gate. Once my daughter had shut it as the dog was running towards her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay near Katubedda Campus. I might book the place again, as the place is walkable to my mum. I wish you all the best.

Overall a great stay! Both the owner and our personal assistant (drives you free of charge by tuk tuk from A to B, within a radius of about 3 km) the rooms, the bathroom, the access, directly to the sea, simply fantastic! Right next door is a hotel with a restaurant, where you can also eat delicious food. Absolutely recommend from us! Communication was also perfect!

I spent the last four weeks in this most beautiful house in Sri Lanka, by far the best Airbnb rental which I have occupied on the island. The place is exactly as described, and suited my needs perfectly. The house, furniture, and furnishings are modern, and having a private the garden is an added benefit. The host was easy to communicate with, and having Ajith, the caretaker/manager who is always available, and ready to help, was definitely an asset. Thank you providing an unforgettable stay in Sri Lanka, and I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list, for my next visit to the island.
