Great communication with host right from the beginning all the way to check out. Apartment wise, all will be smooth as long as you read the manual guide thoroughly and ask questions before making your way there, especially if you'll be checking in very late/early wee hours in the morning. Security is good, area is clean. Loved that host provided good quality toiletries and ensured unit was clean. My daughter appreciated the cosy little mini library in the second bedroom. Of course in return, we ensured we leave the apartment in good condition too. Thank YOU, Kok Haur, for everything!

The place was clean. Love that there is baby chair, bath tub and liquid detergent provided for washing clothes. Host was easy to reach as well. Towels and bedding were clean. Toilet is also clean just that it is a bit slippery when wet so please be careful when in the toilet especially for kids. So far overall satisfied and may rebook for short JB trip. Thanks!

The clear labels and instructions made it easy to settle in—such a nice touch. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. The building’s amenities were a big plus—we loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym (plus the staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful!). The sea and forest views were breathtaking, too. KC was the epitome of a perfect host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable stay. The 1st impression when enter the unit feels like home. The unit was very clean and beautiful. The place was so peaceful and quiet which I personally felt is the best. The 🛁 was a plus for me. The view from the units was fantastic. Everthing was great and the host (Von & Lisa) was so supportive and was checking on us and our stay. The check out time was 11am but I requested to check out at 12pm and they was so kind to let me check out at 12 without any additional charges ❤️ Thanks Lisa & Von for your great hospitality. We will definitely come back again. Everthing in the unit was perfect and hope you guys maintain this forever.

Had a fantastic stay at Captain's airbnb. Place was clean and comfortable. Host was also very responsive and understanding throught out the stay. Overall very highly recommended and thank you once again!

Big space and clean house. Have karaoke system and mahjong for playing.

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! 🏡 The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The private KTV room was the highlight — we had so much fun singing together! 🎤 There’s also a Nintendo Switch, pool table, automatic mahjong table, and BBQ area — so plenty to keep everyone entertained. Every corner felt cozy and well-prepared. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for family trips or weekend getaways with friends. Definitely booking again next time! 🙌

Overall a nice stay, apartment was clean, cosy, and more spacious than expected. Marcus was a great host, he provided clear instructions, making check-in straightforward. We liked the spotlights and mood lighting. We also enjoyed the smart TV with free access to Netflix.

Well-maintained place to stay and it’s near to the checkpoint and shopping malls. There’s a nice cafe just beside too.

nice place and cozy. near Masjid Al Attas, just 3 minutes walk. and also near JB Sentral. an alternative place to stay, if travelling to Singapore.

Great place to stay! Second time staying in this apartment block, with the same host. Will recommend if you’re going to be in the mid valley mall area.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here! We have stayed in Suasana Suites several times, and this is the best apartment yet, with clean rooms and bedding, no clutter, smart TV with lots of options, great view from the bedrooms, etc. Will surely come back again

A great place to stay for families with young kids (my daughter loved the slide and secret passageway). The interior is very spacious and the location is very private and safe. The building security are also very helpful and vigilant.

Provide snacks and coffee like hotel. Kitchen & room is very clean and felt like my home. Great for big family and friends gatherings. Will visit again with my cousins again
