Brand new 3-room apartment in the heart of Jurmala with a large terrace. The house is in a beautiful location. The windows open onto the terrace, where you can enjoy peace and quiet, but at the same time be close to all the attractions in a minute - 3 minutes walk to the beach, to Jomas street 1 minute, to the center of Riga 20 minutes by car. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay - bed linen, towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, dishes, as well as parking in a closed area.

The main tourists street - Jomas Street - is in 10-15 minutes walking distance , but if you enjoy quieter and healthier holiday, you have at your disposal beautiful pine forest and endless beach line nearby. Free and fast wi-fi, TV, free public parking. Close to main roads and public transportation to/from Riga and city center.

Both rooms have access to a large patio/balcony. 2 bikes are available for use! 500m to the beach 1km to the main walking street 100m to the forest adventure park (many attractions for kids) 300m until "Dzintari" train station (30min ride to Riga center) Perfect for couples and small families that want to enjoy the beach, nature, and sleep in a safe and quiet place.

Authentic old Jurmala living in historical cottage since start of 20th centure. For recreation in all seasons. Include 2 bedrooms, living room with studio kitchen, shower room, oven and green open air place for barbeque. There are trampoline, toys and kids house in the yard. In summer we usually have kids and another guests in the yard. Attention! There are 2 euro entry pass in Jurmala since 1st April till 1st October! Внимание!
