Vacation rentals with lake access in Jeongwang-dong

Alex was a great host! The vibes of the place are very warm and inviting and it was an easy walk to public transportation to get to Itaewon or connect to other areas around Seoul. I'd definitely stay here again!

저희 가족 모두 Jae Won님의 공간이 정말 좋았어요. 처음 만난 장소 였지만 처음부터 익숙 하고 편안했어요. 공간의 기운이 다정하고 포근해서 처음 발을 들여 놓자마자 안심이 되는 그런 곳이였어요. 멋진데 다정 해서 유난스럽지 않게 친절한 친구 느낌. 공간의 분위기는 물론 (블루투스로 듣는 스피커 소리도 좋고 조명도 정말 맘에 들었음) 편리함도 부족한게 없이 좋았어요. 욕실의 온수나 수압도 정말 좋고 무엇보다도 하수구의 물빠짐도 시원하게 잘되어서 진짜 좋았어요 (사소한 부분 일 수 있지만 개인적으로 많이 신경 쓰는 부분임). 저희가 지내는 동안에 봄이지만 일교차가 좀 있었는데 밤에 난방도 잘 되고 잠자리도 편하고 해서 저희 가족 모두 숙면을 취했어요. 저희는 주로 택시를 이용 해서 다녔는데 큰길에서 멀지 않은 위치라 불편함 전혀 없었고 가까이에 버스 정류장도 있고 전철역도 걸어서 다닐만한 거리였어요. 그리고 숙소 주변 가까이 있는 개천이 정말 깨끗하고 좋아요. 마침 벚꽃이 피는 계절이여서 흐르는 물 위에 떨어진 꽃잎들 옆을 아침 저녁으로 산책을 하는데 꿈꾸듯 좋았어요. 근처 정릉 시장은 그리 크진 않지만 판매 하시는 물건들도 싱싱하고 가격도 좋고 모두 친절 하셨어요. 따로 요리를 해서 먹진 않았지만 골목 끝 어물전에서 해삼을 몇번이나 사다 먹었는데 진짜 싱싱하고 맛이 좋았어요. 일주일 머무는 동안 동네 목욕탕도 가보고 미용실도 이용 해보고 했는데 다 만족스러웠어요. 아무튼 다음에 또 서울에 오게 되면 다시 정릉을 찾을 것 같아요. 덧붙여 호스트님 매번 진짜 친절히 응대 해 주셔서 정말 감사드려요. 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 이너시티에서 머무르고 싶어요.

🏠 住宿：10/10 房間超級舒適，整潔度滿分！一進門就聞到淡淡的香薰味，整個空間都充滿令人放鬆的香氣，真的讓人一入住就心情大好～ 🚇 位置： 雖然不在熱門景點旁邊，但實際超級方便！步行幾分鐘就到地鐵站，巴士也能直達各個地方，去弘大只要15分鐘，完全不用擔心交通問題！ 🌿 細節：家的感覺 房東真的很用心，房間每個角落都有精心佈置的裝飾品，還有綠植點綴，讓整個空間溫馨又有生機，完全像住在自己家一樣舒服！ 👭 適合女生入住 我們兩位女生入住，每人都有一個獨立的空間，非常方便！床品和浴室也超級乾淨，住得超級安心～ 💯 整體：絕對推薦！ 這次住宿體驗真的無可挑剔，房東的細心和房間的舒適度都讓我們印象深刻，下次來首爾一定會再選擇這裡！

Check-in went smoothly, the house is easy enough to find. Very nice area, lots of minimarkets and cafes - all week we had breakfast in different places and they were very good. Quite convenient to get from the airport and to historical places. The metro is VERY close to the house. Many thanks to the owner for the warm water mattresses in the beds - they were very useful for a comfortable sleep in cool weather.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

하필 저희가 여행 간 날, 강화도에만 강한 비바람이 불어서 냅다 장봐서 바로 숙소 입실 했습니다! 숙소에 각종 즐길 거리가 많아 숙소에서만 놀았는데도 아주 알차고 재밌게 시간 보냈습니다. 무엇보다도 거실에 큰 6인용 테이블이 아주 유용했어요. 숙소는 시골 할머니댁 정리잘해놓은 농막 느낌입니다 ㅎㅎ 사진과 동일하게 깔끔하고 정리도 잘되어 있어요. 그리고 각종 양념이나 비품들 정말 다른 숙소에서는 없던것들 하나하나 세심한 배려가 느껴졌습니다! 비가 오는 바람에 오히려 숙소의 장점이 더 드러났던것 같습니다. 거실에 통창이 있어 비오는 풍경을 바라보는것이 예술이었습니다~~ ㅎㅎ

Ich habe diese Unterkunft gewählt, da wir schon vor drei Jahren schon einmal in der Gegend vom Mangwon Market untergekommen sind und es uns sehr gefallen hat. Diese Unterkunft ist direkt über dem Markt, was eine echt coole Lage ist. Man hat den Markt wirklich direkt vor der Tür, was super praktisch ist. Viele nette Cafés und Lokale fußläufig erreichbar. Metro und Bus leicht zu erreichen. Die Treppen zur Unterkunft sind ein wenig gefährlich und uneben, kein Aufzug vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Betten bequem. Ein Nachteil war (aber das gibt es häufiger in Korea), dass die Abflüsse häufig unangenehm riechen. Das war auch hier der Fall. Es gab allerdings Möglichkeiten diese abzudecken, was den Geruch ein wenig gelindert hat. Alles in allem kann ich Dream House sehr weiterempfehlen, wenn man nicht sehr geruchsempfindlich ist. 😁

화장실 2개, 방3개, 넓은 거실식탁 (8인) 이것들이 주 장점이며 아쉬움없이 전체적으로 만족합니다ㅎㅎ

The homestay located at a very strategic point and it is very easy to find. Plenty of cafe, restaurant, shop, convenient store nearby. Walking distance to the hongdae street which is very happening all the day long. The host is very responsive and always there if need help. Great stay during my visit to Seoul!

What a beautiful place to stay, the view is worth it! Summer was a great host, helpful and her place is perfect if staying near Incheon. Amazing

10/10 would recommend to friends and family. When I stay in Songdo, I will stay here!

I think this is my favourite stay so far through airbnb. The most gorgeous appartment, walking distance from multiple cute neighbourhoods such as Hongdae, Yeonnam, Sinchon. The place was very clean and Terry is an amazing host. She was very responsive and extremely kind. Can’t wait to visit again, thank you so much

인근역과 매우 가까워서, 어느 곳이든 이동이 편리합니다. 1~2명이 이용하기 좋으며, 숙소는 정리정돈이 매우 잘 되어 있습니다. 체크인/체크아웃, 출입이 편리하고, 호스트가 자세하게 설명하고 있습니다. 다음에 일정이 된다면, 언제든지 재방문했으면 합니다.

한달넘는 기간동안 잘 사용했습니다. 주변은 주택단지라 조용했고 지하철및 식당가...등도 도보로 접근가능한 거리에 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 숙소를 관통하는 멋진 산책로는 저녁시간에 한가한 산책을 즐기는 즐거움을 느낄수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 호스트님께서 문의사항에 신속히 답변하고 해결해 주셔서 아주 편안하게 지냈습니다. 감사합니다
