We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

We had a car so the location was great for us being a bit away from the Center if the town and close to golf resort we have played golf at. We have enjoyed our stay in Petra’s place and would recommend her apartment to anyone,

Es ist eine niedliche kleine Hütte in der alles nötige zu finden ist. Der Blick in den Garten und an kühlen Abenden das Feuer im Kamin sind herrlich. Von hier aus kommt man mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß (30min.) schnell ins Zentrum. Wir sind sehr gerührt über die offenherzigen Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft bei Bernhard und Silke ist ein Traum und super schön gelegen!!! Wer hier nicht runter kommt schafft es nirgendwo;-)! Bernhard und Silke sind super liebe Gastgeber, geben tolle Tipps und sind einfach lieb. Eier gibt es direkt von den eigenen Hühnern und die verspielte Katze kommt auch mal zum checken vorbei ;-). Johanngeorgenstadt trumpft mit einer Superlativen nach der nächsten auf (größter freistehender Schwibbogen, Pyramide mit Holzfiguren welche die Stadtgeschichte erklären, Pferdegöpel, erste Skisprungschanze Deutschlands). Es gibt es super schönes Naturfreibad und man die Gegend direkt von der Unterkunft super zu Fuß oder mit dem (E) Bike erkunden. Die tschechische Grenze ist direkt um die Ecke. Wer das West-Erzgebirge mit all seinen Facetten erkunden möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

A fabulous apartment and hosts! It's in the middle of the touristic center, but as it's a "penthouse" and there are no beer-bars under the buildings, it feels very private. Be ready to make 130 steps up, which makes it an amazing cardio! There was a smart TV where I was able to add my Google account so my parents were able to watch their favorite movies on YouTube. The apartment basically had everything we needed. I'm very satisfied!
