We had a memorable stay at Dream House. Waking up to the Birds chirping over beautiful vast garden located in Paradise on Earth. Impressed with the Benevolent Hospitality of Dr Willayat's family for our ensuring pleasant stay. My gratitude to Javed bhai, who cooked tasty Jain food for us and even extended his service to cook for us when we got delayed and reached late at night. Willayat-ji meticulously took care of arranging sightseeing itinerary and providing the best cab/guide service that was no less than a VIP experience. We also had a wonderful conversation over a cup of coffee in his garden on Life, family, marriage, relationships, the culture, our younger days and the magic of the greater power who created favourable weather conditions for our effortless stay and sightseeing. We are lucky to meet such warm hearted people that makes our vacations indeed memorable. Thanks a lot Willayat-ji for taking care of our family during our short pleasant stay.

Food was great and host attended very warmly

The location by the river was perfect. Dilp was attentive to all our needs and very responsive. Ghulam took the time to give us useful information to discover Kargil. Thanks both of you...The kitchen was great!!!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Wasaf's home! From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty—except I didn’t have to deal with the drama. Wasaf was like a personal concierge, handpicking the best places and even making sure my stomach was always happy with amazing food. Seriously, I think he’s secretly a gourmet chef. The location? Perfect—so close to everything that I could've sworn I was staying at a 5-star hotel. 10/10, would recommend getting your life together by staying here!

As a writer, I found this tranquil setting ideal for concentrating on my book; the quiet was only ever pleasantly interrupted by the gentle sounds of nature that surround the property. Aamir and Julia went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, always attentive without being intrusive. The space itself is comfortable and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that enhance the stay—cozy furnishings, beautiful views and quietness. Kashmir Home was the perfect place for my retreat.

a wonderful open view on the lake and the mountains. No traffic around!! it's a private enclave, which is wonderful. Breakfast and dinner are served for a reasonable price.

Beautiful big property surrounded by hills .We really enjoyed our mornings at the lawn and evenings at the balcony . In house dinner when we reached ended up being surprisingly delicious ! Overall a comfortable and refreshing stay hosted by Dr Bashir who is a very reliable and honest host !
