首先房东是两位老人，但是很有活力，基本满足一切要求，而且能够给你提供你想不到的服务，例如接送，是每天的接送，很贴心，早饭更是丰盛，承包了我一天的饭量，水果更是整个整个的，超市都很贵呀，我看着都心疼，老板还是给我们提供了。晚上比较安静，在日本烧烤不用担心吵到邻居被投诉，这一点也很好，还看到了萤火虫，我真是活了大半辈子第一次见，超开心。服务已经压倒了地段的瑕疵，去高野山住在这里真的很不错。👍

Very nice and modern house close to the station. Konbini is just along the road basically right next to the Nankai Misakikoen Station. Take the train to wakayamashi and exit after 1 or 2 stops to get to the Aeon Mall Wakayama. It is huge. Loads of shops. The house itself is really nice, air-conditioning in every room, futon are thick and comfy. 1 bathroom and 2 toilets are quite convenient when travelling with 4 or more people. ありがとうございました。

We stayed at Toshie’s designer house for 4 nights. The architecturally fantastic home is in a quiet neighbourhood a short busride from Gakuenmae station, with quick train access to Nara, Kyoto and Osaka. Toshie picked us up from the station, which was appreciated as it might have been tricky to find the house ourselves. She gave us instructions for local transport and amenities within walking distance. Toshie is an exceptional host who is genuinely interested in her guests making sure they have an enjoyable stay. During our visit we needed medical attention and Toshie was extremely helpful with taking us to the hospital and pharmacy. We felt very safe having her as a translator. One night we were able to join Toshie and her husband for dinner and also met their daughter who has a ceramics studio in the house. Thank you Toshie for your hospitality, kindness and generosity. We had an absolutely wonderful time. I highly recommend this house for a unique base to explore the Nara area.

The home was located just a short drive from Danjo Garan. It was clean, well stocked, and peaceful. We were very comfortable. The host’s communication was great and we felt well cared for! 10/10 would stay again!

We had a very nice time in this stylishly furnished house. We felt very good in this environment. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Communication was very good. We will gladly come back on our next stay in Osaka.

Highly recommended! We had a great stay at this apartment in Osaka! The size was perfect for two people, though it was a bit of a squeeze to open two 28-inch suitcases at the same time. The washing machine was a huge plus—very convenient for a longer stay. The location is excellent, just a short 4-minute walk from Ebisucho Station, making it easy to get around. We took a private transfer from the airport, which took about an hour by car. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, including a 7-Eleven just around the corner. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only drawback - vehicle sounds from the road can be heard at times but with the comfort of a king-sized bed, it was okay even for a light sleeper like me. All in all, a comfortable and well-located apartment for exploring Osaka!

Nice cozy apartment above a tatami shop! Would have loved to organise for a tour which they offer but our itinerary was already too packed! Very clean surroundings and plenty of amenities to use, even had umbrellas to use during one of the days when it rained. There is parking right in front of the apartment for free which is also very convenient. Very walkable to the closest subway station and has 2 family marts close by too! Overall would recommend!

Affordable and sufficient, the accommodation was minimalistic but still had everything we needed during our stay. Great for shorter stays. The host replied instantly every time which was helpful.

Das war unser zweiter Stop unserer Japan Reise und wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen! Sie war super sauber, sehr modern und nah am Bahnhof.

The apartment is exactly as it is in the photos, it is spacious, being much larger than most of the accommodations we stayed in during our stay in Japan. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely recommend it for a stay in Osaka. Thank you!

This apartment is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, as other reviewers have mentioned. A couple of points to note, which are not clear in the listing. There are two beds in one bedroom and no bed in the other bedroom area. Consequently, getting in and out of bed can be a bit awkward. Also, the TV only has Japanese programs. I'd recommend this apartment to any couple visiting Kobe for a few days.
